no nos gustaron los colchones, era viejos, se deformaban hasta el colchon de la beba!, el sofa cama es para que duerma un niño pequeño el colchon era muy fino

Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy lindas, un jardín muy bien cuidado, la comida es deliciosa y a buen precio, desayuno ofrece lo mismo todos los días pero hay varias opciones, el personal muy amable siempre.
El gimnasio está un poco limitado pero funciona.

La piscina q fue por lo q principalmente lo elegimos estabas fría ósea no se podía usar , tampoco nos gusto q las habitaciones estuvieran fuera del complejo principal .
Y nos cambiaron la habitación porq supuestamente era mejor y se encontraba en planta baja ósea teníamos cero privacidad .

La habitación muy cómoda, el hotel es muy lindo. El personal del hotel muy amable, buena predisposición, excelente atención tanto en recepción como en el restaurante y housekeeping. Super recomendado y volvería a hospedarme en el Design.

Pros:

Desayuno y comidas del hotel eran excelentes. Las vistas y el entorno hermoso. Muchos arboles dentro del predio que generaban un ambiente espectacular. El lugar era muy limpio y todo el personal era servicial y atento.

Cons:

No recomendaria el hotel en pleno invierno por tener traslados internos para ir al desayunador (algunos muy largos). Tambien las pendientes son complicadas en el caso de haber nieve o hielo. Tambien podrian le falta mantenimiento a algunas instalaciones.
