Pros:

O hotel é sensacional. Pegamos um quarto com banheira de hidromassagem e vista para o lago, fez toda a diferença. O hotel é limpo, tudo funciona perfeitamente, os funcionários são extremamente cordiais e solícitos, o café da manhã também é muito completo. O único ponto de melhoria é a internet.

Eu indicaria com a ressalva de escolher um quarto com a vista mais reservada. E ficaria de olho no cafe daanha quer era

Apesar de ficar 5 minutos de carro do centro cívico gostei da localização. As calçadas de Bariloche nao sao boas e muitas ladeiras. Mas UBER e barato. funcionou e a localização do hotel foi zero problema.
Quarto amplo, cheiroso, agua do chuveiro otima. Atendimento perfeito. Restaurante e vista do hotel são sensacionais.

Cons:

Meu quarto tinha banheira porem quem passasse andando dava para enxergar, ou seja, nao dava para ficar com cortina aberta tomando banho e contemplando a paisagem linda. Mas da cama dava tranquilamente.
Cafe da manha muito bom, mas eles nao mudam o cardápio. Passei 6 dias comendo a mesma coisa todos ps dias.

Todo excelente!!
Las habitaciones cómodas, todo funciona perfecto, la limpieza impecable, el personal super cálido y siempre dispuesto, especialmente Agustin, un genio! El restorán muy bien, la comida muy rica y la atención excelente, el desayuno muy completo!

no nos gustaron los colchones, era viejos, se deformaban hasta el colchon de la beba!, el sofa cama es para que duerma un niño pequeño el colchon era muy fino
