The staff are nice and friendly especially those at the reception. The breakfast was really good with lots of food selections. It is located in a shopping district with lots of restaurants nearby. If you want to discover the city via a hop on hop off bus, there's a stop just a few meters away from the hotel.

Very good location with good restaurants nearby and a shopping center.
Room was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean.
Lack of isolation on the doors. I woke up several times with people talking and knocking at others doors. They weren't even talking loud.
Big breakfast buffet. Tasty food. Unfortunately no egg chef for omelette but it’s okay. Not far from the metro so easy to access the rest of the city
They kept forgetting to give us new water bottles and we had to request it daily and even then they still forgot.

Ich hatte ein Invalidenzimmer, das Bett war 140 cm für uns zwei. Es ist mir gesagt worden, dass ich so ein Zimmer gebucht hätte. Das soll mir einer mal zeigen, das ich ein Zimmer für Invaliden gebucht habe. Und wenn Booking das angeboten hat ohne explizit drauf hinzu weisen, dann ist das eine Unverschämtheit.
Mir hat das Hotel generell nicht gefallen, es ist kalt, unsympatisch.
Chutné snídaně s velkým výběrem. Pokoje čisté, krásné místo, krásný výhled a dobrá dopravní dostupnost.
