Buses are not allowed inside the premises and can't be parked in this area of the city, this is based on local regulations. Guests arriving by car or airport transfer can access and park.

LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. It’s a bit outdated but it’s San Pedro. WiFi sucks, the pool is like never used. I visit this place 3 times a year, nothing changes the lat seven years…

La habitación no tenía la televisión funcionando en canales normales ni cable , me parece insólito que pagando un servicio que no es económico no tenga las prestaciones que ofrecen a la hora de realizar la reserva , quisiera una compensación por esta situación.
El personal no es amable, en su expresión facial y corporal.

Sugerencia la piscina podría ser temperada como otros diegos de Almagro ( Coyhaique o punta arenas ).

La variedad en el desayuno

Cons:

Las habitaciones de las cabañas muy feas, sobre todo la 20. Yo reservé 2 habitaciones pensando que me darian dentro del hotel mismo y nos dieron dos cabañas.
La matrimonial que reservé resultó ser una cabaña (24) con 4 camas pequeñas, ni siquiera se podian juntar las camas.
Malas terminaciones, baño muy pequeño. Decepcionada.

En general, una estadía muy grata
Pros:

Excelente Ubicación a una cuadra de calle principal, a dos de la plaza e iglesia, variedad de restaurantes y artesanía propia de la zona, mucho para recorrer, desayuno simple pero bueno, gran piscina con patio muy agradable que invita a descansar, amplias instalaciones y espacios comunes.

Cons:

Encontré que el Colchón era un poco blando y se hundía mucho, no funcionó la TV

Localização e estacionamento, embora seja difícil de encontrar o Hotel pq as ruas são de pedestres e também contra mão, tivemos que dar muita voltas para conseguirmos entrarmos, e ainda assim entramos na contra mão!

Cons:

Hotel muito antigo e sem reforma alguma, os quartos são de quando inauguraram o hotel e só o primeiro da cidade segundo o funcionário me contou, camas muito muito antigas com colchões super moles a roupa d cama de cima também é de quando o hotel foi inaugurado pelos jeito!
