Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et le beau hall d'entrée de l'hôtel. La literie est confortable et le petit déjeuner est bon.

Cons:

L'ascenseur qui n'a pas de porte une fois qu'il monte où descend (on voit le mur de l'hôtel direct) et au niveau de l'atrium, cela manque d'un nettoyage au niveau du plafond.

Walked to the Acropolis museum it took about 25 minutes not too bad. Room had a balcony which was nice for evening drinks. Staff recommended a taverna nearby that had amazing souvlaki would stay again for sure

Free parking was a huge help since we rented a car. Breakfast had good options and the coffee was decent and the staff were lovely and helped with directions to Plaka.

Pros:

Aamiaista oli tarjolla, kahvi oli hyvää. Aula on siisti ja henkilökunta avuliasta. Huoneeni siivottiin joka päivä ja oli muutenkin puhtauden osalta hyvässä kunnossa. Lähellä on useampi hyvä paikallisten suosima ravintola esimerkiksi Naif, sekä kulmakauppoja, joista voi ostaa tarvikkeita. Metroasemalle on melko lyhyt kävelymatka, sekä hotelli on tarpeeksi kaukana viereisestä moottoritiestä.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli varsin rajattu. Lämpöisinä ruokina oli vain paistettua kananmunaa, pikkuisia nakkeja ja pekonia. Tarjolla ei ollut tuoreita hedelmiä, tarjolla ollut leipä oli melko kuivaa, leivänpaahdin oli osittain rikki. Rappukäytävässä käsituki oli irronnut seinästä ja lojui rappukäytävässä. Wifi-verkkoa, johon sain salasanan, ei ollut olemassa. Salasana ei käynyt muihin hotellin verkkoihin, joten käytin älypuhelimeni hot spotia. Huoneeni suihkussa oli useampi pidike rikki, joten suihkua ei saanut ripustettua mihinkään. Huoneessa ei ollut silitysrautaa.

Sólo me gustó mi cama y la atención del camarero muy profesional de los 2 últimos días

El trato de la chica de recepción, el desayuno un fraude,no había comida ni personal las fotos del salón son un fraude, pedí una hoja de reclamaciones y no tienen, denuncié en Booking y me invitaron a pagar los dias consumidos y q me fuera, por ser vacaciones y buscar otro hotel es pérdida de tiempo, decidí quedarme,al día siguiente había MUY escasa comida y un chico en el comedor,el mismo que me enseñó la habitación,ya que la de mí reserva era una jaula al patio trasero de los motores, pedí habitación de 4 y le pusieron a mí hija adulta una supletoria de niños, pedí cambio y me dieron otra habitación q ellos llaman superior y sólo le supera en espacio y q hay un jacuzzi q no funciona.
Las fotos del comedor no son reales,te tienes que poner tú todo el servicio del desayuno y la comida es escasa, zumo de maquina q no funciona, fiambre de bajísima calidad, sólo queso en lonchas,pan molde de super del barato,un huevo pp,y si llegas a media hora del cierre ya no hay nada, reclamé y me dieron de malas maneras que el de la cocina es el mismo del comedor.20 minutos discusión y desayuno pagado al hotel,no descontado y desayunar en la calle

Un día únicos clientes nosotros y los que han llegado después,en 6 días, clientes que sólo se quedan 1, se van al día siguiente.
Pedimos otra cama para mí hija y no hay

El servicio de limpieza de la habitación y el baño MUY BUENO, personal de limpieza EXCELENTE, las sábanas y toallas MUY BUENAS

Es una pena que el hotel esté MAL GESTIONADO Y MAL CONSERVADO.

Τα κλιματιστικά ήταν κλειστά στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους!! Μόνο την ώρα του πρωινού ήταν αναμμένα, αλλά και πάλι δεν ήταν ικανοποιητική η θερμοκρασία του χώρου. Επίσης ήταν ανεπαρκές το πρωινό!!
