Couldn't understand front desk person,she couldn't understand me.Poor English Skills.I didn't like you dont accept cash payments.Didnt realize breakfast wasn't included as stated on add. Bathroom toilet backed up.Shower wouldn't get warm.

Beautiful room but dirty
Pros:

It was a comfortable room with enough space.

Cons:

It wasn't very clean. There were coffee stains in the bathroom floor from a previous guest, and poop on the wall next to the toilet paper. The room and hall way had that mildew, moldy smell that sent our allergies flaring.

Solid standard hotel.
Pros:

The desk staff was courteous and helpful...they gave us additional towels as needed. Coffee was complementary. Amenities were clean and as expected. The pool was well laid out, with a splash-pad type area for younger children and a 4' 6" area for older kids/adults...though the "TNT" levers for waterspouts were broken/deactivated. The room was clean, though my nephew stuck his toe on a tiny piece of wire that was in the carpet. The bathroom sink drain was slow. The soaps were good, they had Crabtree & Evelyn. The water pressure is low. It was quiet. The location was within a mile of the national mustard museum, which is what we had come to see.

BAD EGG?
Pros:

Third time staying here in the last few months. Location is very nice .. the hotel itself was nice buttttttttt… this visit - two things. One is house keeping fully opened the door and stepped in while we were still there. I was in bed, my husband working. We were not scheduled to checkout until the next day. She did not knock first. It startled me and after the door slammed, I got up to see what was happening, opened the door and the young woman was laughing with another staff person. ( I mentioned it to a front end person when we left)
Second, and I don’t know WHEN exactly this happened but I wanted to mention it. I mailed a birthday card from the hotel. The card was delivered fully RIPPED open. I’ve never had that happen before. I would suggest not mailing anything from here just in case.
