Michael is not pleasant.
Pros:

Stayed at this place for one night. The hotel is very clean and they use Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries.
Did not have a pleasant check in or check out experience with Michael. I believes he needs hospitality retraining. His demeanor comes across condescending and snippy. Will not be returning to this particular hotel again. Especially there are plenty surrounding options.

What you'd expect a Hilton Garden Inn be
Pros:

April 2025 Stay. On the verge of becoming dated but still nice. Would recommend and would stay here again. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Liked the location.

Clean, bright, great for quick stay.
Pros:

Newer furnishings- did not get breakfast as it was $16 extra. Bed a bit too soft for husband- I didn’t mind. Would stay again.

Won't be staying here again. If that's how they treat Hilton Honors Members I'll find elsewhere.
Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

Hilton Honors member. I picked room 219 because I have MG (myathenia gravis) neuromuscular disease that doesn't allow me to walk very far. Room 219 right off elevator. I ended up with room 402 which is wayyyy at the end of the hall. NOT HAPPY. Desk clerk had no idea how that happened. Didn't offer anything else. Sad. Then the bathroom door was SO squeeky I'm sure everyone on the floor heard it. Shower didn't have hand-held nozzle. Disappointed about that. Ice machine on our floor did not WORK either. Should I go on????
