Останавливаемся не первый раз, всегда качественный сервис, чисто, вежливо, всегда интересуются все ли у тебя хорошо.
Не первый раз убеждаюсь, что лучше переплатить немного, но получить хороший сетевой сервис, чем сэкономить на отеле, особенно касается Стамбула.
При заселении нам достался номер king size, приятные сувениры от отеля, вкусные печеньки. Однако в нашем номере были неполадки с кондиционером. Нам сделали апгрейд до номера Люкс, с 2 комнатами, были приятно удивлены и комфортно отдохнули.
Завтрак разнообразный, прописаны КЖБУ для тех, кому важно.

Cons:

Не хватает цельно зернового хлеба на завтраке.
Сейчас многие следят за питанием.

الموقع ممتاز جداً - تعامل الموظفين - وجود غرف عائلية - شكر للموظين Ersin بالإضافة للموظفين في وقت تسجيل الخروج كانوا متعاونين جداً ولطيفين في التعامل.

Sehr schönes Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den ausgezeichneten Service des Personals. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, insbesondere an Sebahat, Rabia und Fatih, die jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell waren. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.
