Spacious room, great breakfast and location, and excellent, attentive service — a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the complimentary water, the breakfast and the excellent location, just a short walk from the main sights. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were attentive and very professional.

Cons:

The bathtubs were missing from our room on arrival, but as soon as we mentioned it the reception staff brought them up immediately. Nothing else to report.

Pleasent stay. Nice location and excellent service.
Pros:

Great location and nice service. They asked us every morning if everything was fine and any small issue they were willing to solve it as soon as possible.
Special mention to Sevde and the gentleman in charge if the bar downstairs.

Excellent location, delicious breakfast, and exceptional hospitality from a friendly and caring team

I had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
My special thanks go to Arjin, Fatih, Ila, and Seude for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. They made me feel truly welcome and ensured that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their kindness and dedication are greatly appreciated.
I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

Location was great, check in and check out were smooth, with good customer service. Room was nice, bed comfy, water pressure in the shower was good.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Special thanks to Uğur, Arjin and Fatih for looking after us.
- got upgraded to king suites
- got late check out, free of charge
- daily and on request water bottles to rooms
- convenient to two tram stations and one metro line
- in a quiet neighbourhood, no traffic noise or loitering.
- small shops and eateries within walking distance
- close to all major attractions

Cons:

Small pebble stone road, theres no bus or large cars access. Small taxis and some private cars can come, we had to walk a bit because our tour van couldnt fit in.
The breakfast options could use some improvement, daily same menu, the warm items werent tasty, pretty typical breakfast. If you are busy with daily tour schedules and need an early breakfast this is for you, otherwise having breakfast in the cafes outside will work.

Perfect stay at DoubleTree Sirkeci – Exceeded all expectations!
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul - Sirkeci. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to visit many of Istanbul’s top attractions within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and friendly. A huge plus was that everyone spoke great English, so communication was effortless. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and the bed sheets were changed every single day. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it!

Pros:

It was clean and in a good location

Cons:

The rooms have no sound proofing. We were woked up at 1 am because of people talking in the next room. No ventilation in the bathroom. Although there is an AC in the room it s so powerful that you can not keep it on for more than 5 min without freezing.
