Отель требует глобального обновления
Завтрак в цокольном этаже без окон, хотя имеют ресторан на крыше.
К отелю не относится - окна отеля выходят на заброшенное здание а не на парк Гюльхане.
В данном отеле можно отметить только великолепное спа!!!
Первое, что неприятно, так это недоброжелательный и угловатый персонал на завтраке.. имея такую террасу и не благоустроить её , это просто дичь! Стоят засохшие клумбы с цветами , ободранные лавки .. сам ресторан на террасе, это тоже недоразумение .. мятые скатерти, орущая попсовая музыка !!!

I really enjoyed my experience
The staff at the reception were very friendly, welcoming and professional, which made a great impression. I also enjoyed the breakfast - there was a great selection and everything was delicious. However, I had the opportunity to use the spa, which was a very relaxing experience
The room was clean, comfortable. I also really appreciated the lovely welcome amenity
The hotel has a very convenient location, making it easy to explore the city
