Great to stay for a family with infant
Pros:

Location, cleanliness staff

Cons:

We were with small kids so separate room cannot be booked an extra bed would have helpful but it was denied when I asked
Some shelves to keep luggage’s and cloth stand would be much helpful

Great clean pool and variety of toiletries supplied in room
Pros:

Loved proximity to both MRTs. So easy to go anywhere. Loved the ice machine in kitchen could get cold water and ice for my daily trips and cold water fountains for refills on each floor. Staff very helpful and friendly. Pool was great.

Cons:

Not that easy to find entry point when first getting there. Needs better signage.

La propreté de l hotel . La piscine et la salle de sport. La petite cuisine dans la chambre.

Cons:

Le prix de l hotel . Et le manque d un restaurant sur place et d un buffet petit dejeuner aurait été mieux . L emplacement n est pas exceptionnel non plus . Heureusement qu il y a le metro pas loin . La machine à café impossible à employer. Peut être mettre un mode d emploi . Sinon il y avait du café à disposition ça c est bien

Worst hotel I have been in many years

Pool is not bad

Cons:

Everything. Very small room, pictures are nicely done to hide that. Poor cleaning and you have to chase them to clean the room, only on Mon-Wed-Fri.
Somebody smoked in a room and, instead of checking that room, they fired the alarm at 2 am and started the evacuation of the entire hotel. I cannot believe that is the right emergency protocol.
Staff doesn't care.

Pros:

I like the location the most because it is very convenient. It is very close to the MRT station. The facilities inside the room make it easy to prepare some basic food in the morning and evening. The cleanliness of the room is good, and the size is comfortable, not too narrow.

Cons:

The price is quite high considering that breakfast is not provided. The water flow in the room is very weak, especially at the washbasin.

It was very clean and the beds super comfortable. For the price point, it’s a good hotel and met all our needs.

Cons:

Rooms were small, fire alarm went off super early one morning but we didn’t need to evacuate (which was good)
