Good value hotel in convenient location
Pros:

Clean smallish room, comfortable bed. Unlimited, chilled water available.
Good location for public transport and, good mostly South Asian restaurants.
Excellent value for money in an expensive city.

Cons:

Nothing really, perhaps a little difficult to find initially. Breakfast option wasn’t appealing but plenty of other options in the area.

Great visit, excellent facilities and very good location. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location close to multiple metro stations. Very easy to get in and out of the hotel. The room was very clean, coffee and tea was provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, an iron and a hairdryer. We really liked the pool area too which had very reasonable opening hours. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

A very minor point but we didn’t know at first how to get into the hotel because you access the reception from the back (not off the main road). Some more signage would be great.

Prima locatie.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is een take away variant. In ons geval 3 dagen rijst of noodles met een kleine croissant, koffie, fruitsap, yochurtje en een stuk fruit. Geen keuze en geen goed ontbijt voor westerse begrippen.

As a Singaporean checking into a local hotel, I was surprised by this requirement, especially given Singapore’s advancement in digital services and the increasing use of digital identification. Many of us no longer carry a physical IC regularly, so I was hoping the hotel could consider some form of flexibility or goodwill arrangement in such situations. Unfortunately, my request is not acceptable by the front desk.
