Great location…but value is not there.
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

We were on the 4th floor. We had to take the elevator to the 7th floor walk across to the other side to take another elevator to get to our room. Very annoying.
Poor WiFi. No option to cast from Netflix or other platforms. No iron only a steamer?
All staff were lovely and friendly. Location is hard to beat.

High expectation, low delivery
Pros:

Our room was particularly confortable.

Cons:

Service was above all below our expectations. A lot of left overs by the pool, the transportation was unavailable, specially for the return from Bocceli concert. Considering there were a good number of guests that attended this event, there should have been from the hotel de availabilty of transportation in and out

Enjoyable Stay.
Pros:

Great location, theatre attached with great show. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately, no TV signal in room for entirety of stay. From what staff said, this may have been a week. Normally wouldn’t have minded, but unable to watch the World Cup matches. However, TV seemed to work fine in the bar?? Not really good enough for a hotel with 5 stars.

Pros:

La réceptionniste du 2ème jour nous a vraiment comblés en rattrapant le travail de son collègue. Super emplacement.

Cons:

La première chambre ne correspondait pas à la catégorie demandée la salle de bain impraticable pour 2 personnes rien pour poser ni accrocher et surface totale qui à mon avis ne fait pas 27 m2.
Obligé de changer pour les 2 nuits suivantes. Je me demande si les hôteliers donnent au clients booking les meilleures chambres ?????Méfiance.

Great place to stay - We will be back!
Pros:

We had a corner room and could technically see the river from the room. It had a nice balcony and was incredibly spacious. The bathroom was huge and the shower was quite large as well. The room was clean and very comfortable. The Concierge was fantastic and the front desk help was great as well. The hotel smelled great and was very clean. The location was perfect from my perspective - just on the edge of the old town with a quick walk to everything you would want to see and do.

Cons:

It could have used a dresser or an additional closet, but that was not a big deal - other than that, it was perfect and we will be back frequently

Beautiful hotel, great staff, amazing location.
Pros:

The location was amazing. Right next to the wall that leads into Old Quebec and on a street with wonderful restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Everything was clean and the gym and pool were very nice.

We liked everything!

An independent, comfortable, and elevated boutique hotel
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel. We enjoyed our stay greatly. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated a front desk staff member walking us to our room to show us the way and explain the amenities. The room was large, clean, and modern, and the beds were comfortable. The location was fantastic, and we were able to just walk out and easily get to Québec City's major sites, yet the rooms were quiet.

Great on-site amenities, including a lovely pool area with sunset view, bar, comfortable lobby seating, and restaurant downstairs with vegetarian food.
I love that this is an independent Canadian boutique hotel!

Cons:

Despite all their great sustainability initiatives, the rooms still had single-use plastic water bottles along with a reusable bottle to use. We obviously didn't take the plastic bottles, but these shouldn't even be offered.

A wonderful stay in a hotel that elevated our experience.

Nous connaissons l'endroit pour y être déjà allés quelques fois. Nous y retournons pour la situation géographique, la gentillesse et la délicatesse du personnel, la beauté des lieux, le grand confort et la propreté irréprochable sont toutes des qualités que nous apprécions et que nous recherchons.

Cons:

La piscine est quelque peu décevante, un simple couloir pour se tremper et les jets ne fonctionnaient pas très bien. Toutefois, cette fois-ci, il faisait assez chaud pour ouvrir sur la terrasse et la vue est superbe.
