Glad I stayed here instead of the Frontenac. It was perfect!
Pros:

I liked everything about this hotel - the staff, location, comfort, cleanliness, amenities, restaurant, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The elevator situation is odd but it was problematic at all. This hotel doesn't have any issues.

Un accueil très professionnel de l'ensemble des équipes rencontrées lors de notre séjour! La vue depuis notre chambre sur le château de Frontenac!
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfaitement situé!
