J’ai séjourné dans la suite 801, un lieu absolument magnifique offrant une vue splendide, une décoration raffinée et un confort absolu. L'établissement offre un cadre haut de gamme d'une rare élégance.
Au-delà de la beauté des lieux, je tiens à saluer tout particulièrement le professionnalisme de la direction et l'attention sincère portée aux clients. L'écoute est attentive, la réactivité exemplaire et le sens du service poussé à un très haut niveau d'exigence.

Si vas al Quebec, aquest es el millor hotel.

Hotel excel.lent igual que el personal.

El restaurant també està molt bé.

Bel hôtel, très bien situé. Chambre relativement confortable. Petit déjeuner avec un bon rapport qualité / prix pour un établissement de ce standing.
Service de turndown.

Cons:

Problème très récurrent de dysfonctionnement de la télévision, malgré l'intervention d'un technicien.

Nice stay in a great location
Pros:

The hotel is at a great location near the wall of the city. The air conditioning works very well. The beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The windows in the fitness center need tinting or something. The morning sun comes in very harshly, so you overheat and need to wear sunglasses to work out. That's not a huge deal, but something to be aware of if you exercise in the mornings.
