Front desk staff are wonderful. Facilities need to be better maintained
Pros:

Staff were really very friendly, just lovely people.

Cons:

My room fridge was not cleaned and had prior guest’s milk inside when I arrived. The fridge was preset to freezing so my milk bottle shattered and yoghurts froze solid. 4th floor window opens w/o screen - deadly hazard esp for children. Coffee urns refilled from uncovered plastic jugs so it is not hot. Hygiene/sanitary practices handling coffee jugs & trash cans w/o washing hands or wearing gloves could do with some revision.

Pros:

The breakfast was decent

Cons:

The shower and bathtub faucet were running at the same time. The soundproofing was poor, and we could clearly hear the shower from the next room.

Just ok - high pet fee
Pros:

Hotel shows wear and tear since last years visit. Breakfast items basically inedible. Bathroom for seniors not good. Room and hallways lobby need some maintenance paint cleaning. Staff friendly and responsive. Cost too high especially pet fee compared to other hotels.

Cons:

Cost for what you get.

Not the planned birthday trip 🙁
Pros:

Great location. Breakfast way good as always.

Cons:

I booked this trip for my son’s 13 birthday. I requested a pool and breakfast. The pool was down till our last night and on top of that our vehicle broke down and we were stuck there for a day with nothing to do. I just wish someone would have told us because we would have moved for a pool. Other than that we loved this place and would definitely stay again!

Usual Hampton, but great service~
Pros:

It's clean and comfy. Front desk accommodating enough. Food is the usual Hampton, but hot and cold choices and it's free, so...Room bed was comfy. We would stay again.
