Comfortable and clean but rooms need better soundproofing.

A nice home base at a decent price
Pros:

This is a clean hotel that has been renovated. The beds were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The hotel is a short drive from Portland and it's an easy drive. There is free parking. The breakfast was repetitive, but staff was always prompt with making sure there was enough food and coffee available. Some of the equipment at the gym was not working properly, so be careful.

The hotel was clean. The rooms were remodeled. The location was convenient.

Cons:

The breakfast was weak. There was no variety on a daily basis and there was hardly any healthy choices.

Bed was comfy and rooms spacious, close to things/places we needed

Cons:

The hotel has a very strong bleach/cleaner smell to it. It also seemed very echo-y. Staff were also not super friendly.

Best value we've found in South Portland these days. Some properties are quite run down.
Pros:

Hotel has been recently refurbished and is clean with modern amenities.

Cons:

The breakfast could be better. Eggs were watery and tasteless. Only one toaster. I prefer bacon to sausage patties. They did have yoghurt and fruit.
It was expensive compared to off season, but that is Maine.
