Clean, great location, staff attentive

Staff attentive, friendly, accommodating, hotel very clean. B d comfortable. Stay included continental breakfast. Walking distance to mall and eateries. Close to airport. Offer shuttle to airport. Would stay here again.

I don't recommend staying at this hotel
Pros:

Easy access and ample on site parking

Cons:

The bed was absurdly uncomfortable. Both sides of the bed had permanent indentations from prior use. I slept on the lump down the center of the mattress since it was slightly softer. They really need to replace the mattress. Noise travels too easily from rooms above so between the bed sucking and the noise of someone tromping around in the room above me past midnight, this was a waste of money and I had zero rest overnight

Good option for a night at the airport
Pros:

We stayed here for one night because our flight was delayed. What stood out was the dedication of the staff at the front desk and the shuttle driver - so attentive and so pleasant. The room was modern and clean, the breakfast fine, it was quiet. The bed was far too soft for my taste, and going to breakfast produced so much trash. The airport shuttle leaves every hour - it was a pain to find out about that, since you have to call customer support to get the hotel number. To make it easier, it’s 207-772-3838.

Pros:

I like everything, the parking is big and easy to stop the car, the breakfast is great, many options to have a good coffee in the morning, the rooms are really nice, clean, comfortable. I would stay there many times when I come back again.

Treasure find for a reasonable price that is near the Airport
Pros:

The room was simple, and relatively clean. The shower was not scrubbed well. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed that the location was near public transit, the Airport (Shuttle included), and the Mall. Coin Laundry was available and there was helpful and friendly staff 24/7. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wanted to visit the area. Guests were respectful of others sleep hours.

Cons:

The shower was not scrubbed well. I was not told at check-in that you had to request service. I thought it would happen mid-stay on it's own.

It was an average stay.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Location to Mall and Eateries were close by.

Cons:

Renovation was obvious and quality show low skill labores ... Paint, tiles, grout.

Also, There were not End Tables to sit items on each side of the beds
