A very nice hotel with spacious rooms and excellent value for money. The breakfast offered an incredible variety of options, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and friendly.
The hotel is conveniently located between the city's two main bays. There is a bus stop on the parallel street with easy access to the Old Town, and it's only about a 10-minute walk from what was arguably the best pizza place I visited (Vito's Napoletana Pizzeria) as well as several great bars and restaurants nearby.
Although there is a daily housekeeping service in the mornings, and the towels were changed regularly while the room was kept tidy, it would have been even better if the room had also been vacuumed on a daily basis rather than only after guests checked out.
La vista, que tuviera acceso a playa, la pieza muy amplia. Fueron muy amables me prepararon una caja de desayuno pues salí muy temprano al aeropuerto.

The property is in good shape, feels modern, and elegant. The views from our room and the lobby were breathtaking. The room we had was also spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The house keeping service was excellent (they did make up the room multiple times during the day, which was so refreshing).
The breakfast was also great with a good range of selections and an omelette station.
The beach is just outside the hotel, which is just lovely.
There are good restaurants within walking distance.
The access to the old town is easy. I do recommend taking uber (~€10), but technically you can walk there.
They also helped us celebrate a birthday with sending up a complementary cake, which we appreciate!
Everything was great, but the staff might have been a tad cold (although they were very professional and polite).

Spotlessly clean and elegant. Airy and full of sunshine. We felt very welcome from the start and our room was updated for a room with a sea view. Excellent location, close to the beach, close to public transportation to Old Town of Dubrovnik.
Staff very friendly and professional. Thumbs up to the management and big like to the personnel. I would like to say a special thank you to the staff at the restaurant especially to Ivan who made our mornings perfect with a glass of prosecco. I could go on and on from the receptionist to the room service, everyone was amazing.

Starting from reception reception you understand that this is the right choose as the view is stunning. The hotel room is spacious, clean with everything you need. The location is 10/10. It is just on the beach, with beautiful surroundings. With a big walking area that you can walk in the evening, with a lot of restaurants for dinner. We enjoyed a lot the location, it's just a perfect one. Totally recommend this hotel.
Quartos amplos, vista do hotel sensacional , localização ótima apesar de distante da old town ( 10 min de taxi). Cafe da manhã ótimo .
