Pros:

1st receptionist who checked me in was accommodating and respectful ,

Cons:

I found bumps on my back when I was staying there , I couldn’t confirm if it was bed bugs but my clothes had to be washed before they entered my house, the pool was closed. When I was leaving nobody helped me with my belongings and valet couldn’t even hold the door for me eventually I had to ask them to hold the door, the amenities don’t really match the price unfortunately I could’ve went somewhere cheaper , the bathtub is small not good for taller people

It was okayed .
Pros:

The elevator was temporarily of service , we took stairway during the time we were there . It was a little difficult for me because I felt and scratched my knee a week before traveling . The TV was technical issues we reported and got fixed . The location is the plus .

Cons:

Wish the elevator was working while we were staying !!

My family and I enjoyed our stay there and look forward to staying there when we return back to Houston.
Pros:

The building had security, the staff was phenomenal, the room was comfortable, and the location was very close to our family. I definitely will be booking here again in the future.

Cons:

My only complaints were the elevator was out of service, which was not too bad since we were placed on the second floor. Besides, a little exercise never hurt anyone. And lastly, the center of the tub in our room felt a bit concave and unsteady while showering.

Pros:

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, ac was cold, smart tv and they had ac and fridge

Cons:

We chose the option to request our room cleaned if needed and someone still knocked on our door. If we was not in the room would they have still came in?
