Pros:

中心街までトラムですぐ行ける。スタッフがフレンドリー。重いスーツケースを運ぶのをたまたま作業していたスタッフの方が手伝ってくれた。清潔。

Cons:

宿泊階はレセプションのフロアにはなく、2階からが宿泊階でエレベーターがないため重い荷物がある人は事前に連絡して低層階にするほうがいい。

An enjoyable repeat stay, will probably look at here next time I am in Melbourne
Pros:

It’s clean, comfortable, well maintained and a good price, staff are friendly which is always good.

Cons:

Communication between staff could have been better, had to repeat myself to different staff about an issue because it wasn’t passed on.

Overall its good and staff is very accommodating.
Pros:

Room is clean and the kitchen area as well.

Cons:

Not didn’t like at all but it’s hard to go back and forth in your room just to reheat something you want to eat especially this winter season.
