Great location and room, but disappointing customer service.

Great location in Waikiki, comfortable and clean room with a nice view.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience with customer service was disappointing.

Before our arrival, we received what appeared to be a phishing message pretending to be from the hotel. When I contacted the hotel to report it and seek reassurance, the response felt dismissive rather than reassuring.

During our stay, we also asked whether the hotel could store one bag for three nights between two reservations. The request was refused, despite us returning as guests just a few days later. While I understand that every hotel has its own policies, this was disappointing for a hotel of this category.

Overall, while the room itself met our expectations, the level of customer service did not. We were disappointed enough to cancel and choose another hotel for our second stay in Waikiki.

Nice hotel with spacious room but didn’t deliver what was promised and no offer to rectify situation.
Pros:

Good location. Nice pool area and lobby. Room was a good size for 5 adults.

Cons:

The description of our room included a well appointed kitchen including a stove top. This was not the case. Only a microwave for cooking. Disappointing as we were relying on being able to cook in the room.

Great for a trip for surgery
Pros:

No resort fee. Nice pool area. Spacious room. Nice balcony. Despite my complaints below I would stay here again if I came to Honolulu for medical care. No resort charge. No expensive breakfast barfee.

Cons:

Coffee maker was a classic. Nice to look at but didn't work. They brought a new one two hours later. Very small tub with slow water. No razor or toothpaste. No lids for coffee in lobby. Tough on people with canes. Valet did not offer to help with bags.
