Very disappointing
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

It had a jet engine air conditioner that was so loud you could not sleep….
We turned it off and opened the sliding door a little bit but was bitten by mosquitoes. Complained but they could not do a thing, told us to keep the sliding door shut.
Would never recommend this hotel

今回は715号室。上層階だとバルコニーからダイヤモンドヘッドの頂上が見えますが、7階は公園から海に抜ける眺めにが近く、こちらもまた素敵でした。フロントの方の対応も丁寧で、細かな館内ルールを説明くださいますが、顔を覚えてくださっていたのか、「知ってるわね」と・・・こういうちょっとした会話や、月・水・金のマネージャーズ ワイン レセプションのショーで素敵な笑顔のフラや演奏を楽しめるのもこのホテルのお気に入りの１つです。
フロントにコーヒーショップのオープンを準備されていたので、次回の宿泊を楽しみにしたいと思います。

Cons:

近くで工事をされていて、皆さん朝早いので、にぎやかで活気を感じました。これも日常を楽しんでいるようで、毎回色々な経験ができて思い出になります。

Facilities rubbish.. no kettle so we used the coffee pot with a metal bottom on the electric hob which blew up and we got charged about $400 US dollars for.. tried to see the Manager who was not available.
No signs about not putting this on the stove top, it was equivalent to a metal pan on the hob we thought. The money was taken out of my account without my agreement and no communication with the Manager. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. We received an email regarding this later, which was quite rude and tried to make us feel that we should be lucky we didn't have to pay any other money. It was lucky we weren't injured from the shards of glass that blew off the hob. No concerns for us or the unsafe hob. Stay clear of the this place.

A relaxing, stress free 5 days in Waikiki.
Pros:

The location was ok, approximately 15 minute walk to Waikiki beach & main hub of food & shops. There is a nice little park across the road from the hotel with a water feature and it is very close to bus stops. Our room was a great size, it had a sofa as well as a table & chairs. The balcony also had 2 chairs so you could sit outside of an evening. We stayed 5 nights and we were very happy there.

Cons:

We normally stay closer to the main Waikiki hub, only because of shops and food locations so this hotel was a little further away to what we prefer.
