Fair but not great
Pros:

Valet service was very quick
Bed and room were comfortable, I appreciated the kitchenette and the baby crib was good quality.

Cons:

Adding $50 per day for parking, $25 resort fees (not sure it really qualifies as a resort), $7 for one laundry load... They only do the room every other day (which is not much when you go to the beach and your baby produces lots of trash...) and they did "forget" to do before our last night (and apparently 5pm was too late to have it done).

Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Luana Waikiki Hotel & Suites. The location was perfect… restaurants, and shopping, while still being quiet and relaxing. Our suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and having a kitchen was incredibly convenient. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

Cons:

Nothing significant. Our stay was wonderful, and we were very satisfied with the accommodations, service, and location.

Location is not too bad, close to a beach, but there is some walking to the waikiki beach.

Cons:

I accepted the offer to upgrade to 2 bedrooms with $30. It was a mistake. 2br felt very old, it is clean, but I don’t feel refresh. There is a mirror in the opposite wall of the bathroom, I hit the mirror wall multiple times. Air conditioner is laud as others suggested.

En general la gent de recepció no són gaire simpàtics. L’hotel és correcte, però no una meravella. El nostre lavabo sempre estava amb el terra mullat i l’habitació molt humida. Compte amb el parking, a Booking et fan creure que està inclòs i quan arribes allà et cobren 50$ per nit
