Hotel pobiera kaucje 100 dolarow (nie ma info w rezerwacji). Mija miesiac a kaucja nie zwrocona mimo że pokój odebrany. Wstyd dla takiego hotelu. Sprawa trafiła do kancelarii prawnej…

Cons:

Pobieranie i jie zwracanie kaucji. Hotel wybudowany w latach 1970 i nie remontowany od tego czasu.

Location was fantastic! Beautiful amenities, very spacious room fully equipped. Staff was also very polite and helpful. The cheese and wine nights with live music and dancer was another lovely touch.

Kühlschrank hat Sachen auf der geringsten Stufe eingefroren. Wasser im Badezimmer Waschbecken ist nicht abgeflossen. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, da angeblich persönliche Gegenstände auf dem Bett lagen (Schlaftshirt)

Pros:

Service from Hotel manager only and porters were always friendly and helpful. Good location

Cons:

Reception staff during check in, not friendly. Selective who they greet. Night time duty manager and maintenance/security took an hour to turn up, after 2 phone calls to fix faulty alarm. Had to wait until the morning (5 hours later), so no sleep due to beeping and we could'nt move rooms until 8.30am when the hotel manager arrived. Bizarre that the night duty mgr turns up in a tee shirt and tracks & jandles. Not very professional. Issue was resolved moving us to another room, but it took too long and guests shouldn't wait, especially at night for such issues to be fixed. Great we got a new room and extended late checkout but we were very tired and bothered to share 1 x king and couch for the 4 of us, regardless it was our check out day...we still lost 7 hours sleep!

Pleasant, friendly stay, close to everything
Pros:

Great location right on the edge of the bustling Waikiki area; a short walk through a beautiful park to a relaxed beach; on a bus line too. Hotel staff were so friendly. We really liked the happy hour, with hula lessons, Mon-Wed-Fri. The pool was a welcome retreat, with plenty of sun lounges available. We had a room with a kitchenette. It was really well-equipped, and was useful to make our own breakfasts and some other meals, as we found eating out in Honolulu to be quite expensive. The room was a bit dated - obviously quite upmarket in its prime - but was clean and comfortable with a beach view and small balcony. Plenty of space to relax for our four days there.

The air conditioner was noisy, but we were grateful to have it. The room was a bit dated and tired, but was clean and comfortable.
