Pros:

The Hotel was in walking distance of restaurants,stores, and the beach.The room was a nice size,the bed was comfy.The bathroom had the essentials and they worked.The room had a refrigerator,a kitchen area and a toaster oven.The hotel had hula shows, wine and cheese tasting and lei making class.The staff was super nice and helpful.Enjoyed my stay!

Great location, very clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Cons:

The furniture is a bit dated, but still in good condition. The air conditioning is very loud and old (there are much more modern and quieter units available).

A nice and pleasant stay in Honolulu, even though it was our fifth visit to the city.
Pros:

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful.
The Hawaiian Leis making sessions are truly enjoyable and exceptional.
The bed mattress is firm and supportive.

Cons:

We did find mold in the bathroom.
Having an electric water kettle in the room will be a definite plus.

The poor customer help at the valet a little instruction would help watch us struggle with the bags no customer courtesy just walk over us with the water hose. When the other hostess help he was so kind offer us places to eat in the area. Just peachy
