The location was good for getting around via bus and had a lot of things nearby for convenience, though the hotel itself did not have a convenient mart or food options other than a sushi place that had limited hours attached next door to the hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel is lively and fun especially with the MWF wine and cheese music event on the second floor. The rooms were nicely sized and the AC and TV worked fine, and while the microwave was a bit confusing, got the job done. The mini fridge was useful to have though we had to make sure to adjust the temperature as needed. The beds were okay, not the most comfortable but enough to get some sleep. The bathroom was good and served its purpose. We did not use the pool but we used the gym which had a good amount of things to use. Overall the place was good for a place to sleep, relax, and get a few perks out of while in a great location to travel by bus or walk through Waikiki.
A distant view of the ocean. Staff was helpful, and we appreciated the daily newspaper. Parking valets were helpful and pleasant.
Less expensive parking than the valet option would be nice. The Honolulu traffic can be really bad, so allow extra time to get anywhere.

I think the location was good. I also liked that the room was spacious and included a kitchen. The building felt a little old, but not enough to really bother me. However, there was construction right in front of my window, so it was very noisy during the day and I hesitated to stay in the room.
Although I stayed for three days, towels, coffee, and other amenities were not replenished automatically, so I had to call each time to ask for them. The staff were not very friendly, and at one point I heard employees loudly yelling at each other in the hallway while cleaning, which was unpleasant. I think better staff training would improve the overall experience.
The greeter at valet and the person that collected my luggage was helpful and every friendly.
The room was filthy and the water didn’t drain while I was showering. Ask to be relocated to another room and it was filthy as well. I ended up checking out the following day to a different location.

A very cranky room attendant that started cleaning my room while I was in the shower. I felt very uncomfortable. She also let herself in again while I was getting dressed. Not cool.

とてもお値ごろな宿です。スタッフもフレンドリーで気持ち良い対応です。一番素晴らしいと思ったのは、中二階（Mezzanine)で月、水、金の17時～18時に行われるハワイアン音楽の演奏とフラダンス、ワイン・ビールとチーズ・クラッカーの提供です。飲み放題でおいしいビールやワインを出してくれます。その他にも部屋には冷蔵庫、オーブン、食器、ナイフが備えてあり、簡単な調理ができます。1階にランドリーもあり、いつでも洗濯できます。プールも楽しんでいる人がいっぱいいました。
清掃は5泊以上のみに提供されます。5泊以上の場合、3泊目に一回目の清掃、その後は一日おきに清掃が入ります。4泊以下なら別料金を払って掃除してもらえます。ただ、タオルの交換、ゴミの回収はいつでも（多分無料で）頼めるはずです。
ワイキキのにぎやかな中心街やビーチから少し離れていますが、徒歩10分程度で行けますし、ABCマートやキッチンカーの集まっている場所のすぐ近くです。ワイキキや他のオアフのリゾートの3分の1くらいの価格ですが、ワイキキを楽しむのに何の問題もないです。バスの便がとてもよく、アラモアナセンター、ダウンタウンやダイヤモンドヘッドなど主な場所に行くのに便利です。

Although there were some hiccups in the beginning of our stay, I would definitely stay here, in the same room that we had, again. The extra large balcony/lanai that overlooks the pool was amazing. Unfortunately due to the rain on our first night there, we couldn’t use the lanai area but can imagine that it would’ve been great to do so!
