Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber dafür war es nachts auch sehr laut (trotz geschlossener Fenster)

Pros:

La ubicación y el personal muy, muy atentos, las zonas comunes de hotel bien mantenidas y cuidados.

Cons:

La habitación en si, era algo justa, no esta a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas y menos de un “boutique”

Disappointing due to cleanliness.
Pros:

Location to get to the airport and to see the old town was good. Bedding was adequate. It’s in a noisy street but that did not disturb us. Check in was okay as was communication for the hotel.

Cons:

Room was very dated. Toilet was not clean and there was previous occupants stuff left in the fridge decaying. Big stain on the floor on entry to room. Would not say this is a 4 star hotel and was expensive for what we got. Would not describe this as a boutique hotel!

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo lo bonito e interesante de la ciudad y de la estación de buses 5 minutos caminando. Desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Creo que se puede mejorar un poco en la limpieza.

Pros:

Staff were friendly & helpful, location near transport & Old City excellent. Hotel has an old world charm & a good breakfast in their underground cavern. Most interesting & a good place to stay!

Cons:

A small fridge would be nice, but really nothing to fault it.

Kaikki, mitä toivoin löytyi.
Hyvä aamupala, viihtyisä huone ja loisto sijainti.

Cons:

Muissa arvosteluissa annettiin negatiivista palautetta sängyistä, mutta itsellä ei ongelmaa sen kanssa.
Hissi ei toiminut, mutta se oli tiedossa jo etukäteen.

Pros:

Loistava sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa, mutta rauhallisella kadulla. Lähellä juna- ja bussiasemaa. Huone oli erittäin tilava ja viihtyisä. Iso kylpyhuone, jossa oli kylpyamme. Vieressä monta hyvää ravintolaa. Ylitti odotuksemme ja suosittelisin kelle vain!

Cons:

Pieni miinus siitä, että double sängyssä ei ollut yhtenäinen patja vaan keskelle jäi rako nukkuessa, mutta se ei juurikaan haitannut. Meidän vieraillessamme hissi ei toiminut, mutta sitä ollaan kuulemma tulossa korjaamaan.
