Decent Cost, Excellent Location
Pros:

Location near work. Quiet. Easy access to rooms.
Loved the hot tub and the two pools

Also, having 24 staff at the front desk is Very helpful for the early riser business travelers.

Cons:

The step up and step downs did not feel especially safe.

Ok if you don't catch kids on baseball camp
Pros:

Location is OK, room medium size, renovation not long ago were ok. Attention from owner quite good.
Breakfast was very simple: paper plates, basic scramble egg some fruit and yogurt pots - rest just unhealthy sugary cereal and sweet stuff.
Huge amount of kids on camping or baseball game sleepovers crowded the pool and made corridors super chaotic and noisy.

place was clean
Staff friendly and responsive
Breakfast was very limited

Cons:

Mattress seemed old
no bathmat in tub was incredibly slippery, especially with soap/shampoo
Bath door stuck, could not close without major pull or push
Better insulation around room door to help with noise (this room was on a convenient floor for us but faced dirctly to a seating area for lounging/coffee setup)

Pros:

The facilities looked good however we didn't use them

Cons:

The room was not clean. There was a lot of hair in the bed when we pulled down the covers. The curtains did not close properly (like not even close) and the there was a very bright light right outside the room in the hallway. We did not even stay the second night. The staff did not seem to care and would not offer any kind of refund.

Really enjoyed this spot. Would return.
Pros:

The room was huge. So spacious. And the pool and hot tub were great.

Cons:

No elevator to lug stuff upstairs. Kind of musty smelling in some places but not in the room.

Pros:

Piscine, personale molto gentile e disponibile, buona posizione per visitare Cape Cod. A colazione si possono fare waffle e pancake.

Cons:

Sporco e discretamente puzzolente tra moquette e piscina interna iper clorata. Le belle piscine non hanno né una doccia né un bagno nelle vicinanza. La mia stanza con vista e olezzo cloro su piscina interna è terribile. La colazione in una stanza senza finestre è abbastanza triste.
