Everything but one important detail

The suite amenities were great.

Cons:

I particularly disliked a staff member entering my room in the middle of the night , after 10pm, with no warning (no knock) and extremely bad explanations from the management, as to why that happened to a female solo traveler. Apparently i was at the spa at 8pm and thats why after 10pm i was getting towels (none of this happen). Will not return.

Average Value but Clean and Comfortable
Pros:

Staff: Andrea was sweet and made our family feel welcome.
Hotel: Rooms are very clean and comfortable for three people. Cleaning service was good.
Location: Quiet, in a business area so no issues nor safety concerns walking the streets.

Cons:

Staff: Aside from Andrea, most staff appear cold, like you're bothering them by existing or asking for anything.
Hotel: No pool.
Location: You will pay a pretty 10-15 euro getting a ride to the shopping district and main attractions in the city.

Not as great as it should
Pros:

The location and the staff. People are polite and the service is very efficient.

Cons:

For a 4-star hotel with the Sana name, I have to say the rooms are in need of proper maintenance. There were holes in the wall above the TV, signs of water damage in the shower area, the shelf by the bathtub was barely attached, and the grout in the shower had clearly seen better days.
