Pros:

위치가 공항, 철도, 지하철, 등등의 각종 교통수단을 이용하기에 아주 편리해서 좋았다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 방도 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있었다. 조식이 매우 훌륭했으며 Bar도 자주 이용했는데 아주 친절하고 음식도 맛있었다. 와이파이도 아주 잘 연결되고 불편함이 없었다.

Get the suite! Good for a short stay and if you need to be by the airport
Pros:

Staff was very nice, breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and the suite was a great room! The stay from the 9th floor had views, including the old aqueduct. The location is just within the downtown area, close enough to the airport. A quick 6 min walk away leads you to the Pingo Doce market and some of the most delicious foods from Mafarrico.

Cons:

The pull-out sofa bed is worn out, you can see and feel the metal piping of the pull-out bed; sitting on pillows didn’t help.

Pros:

Hospedagem excelente! A estrutura do Sana é ótima! Fomos bem atendidos do início ao fim. Ficamos pouco tempo, então não aproveitamos as comodidades como a sauna e o banho turco, mas pude conhecer o espaço e ele é muito bom!
O café da manhã é impecável. Apesar de informarem não poder garantir a minha solicitação de duas camas de solteiro, no check-in fomos informados que estava tudo certo para o meu pedido.

Cons:

O acesso no hall de entrada é pouco acessível. Puder perceber isso entrando com as malas, que precisaram ser levemente forçadas para adentrar no espaço em razão de leve desnível no solo. Para pessoas com dificuldades de mobilizade ou cadeirantes isso pode ser um pouco incômodo.

Bel établissement, attitude à la limite impolie des employés à la réception.
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner, chambre très confortable et très propre. Accès rapide à la station de métro Praça de Espanha qui permet de rejoindre rapidement les parties plus touristiques de la ville.

Cons:

J’avais lu plusieurs commentaires très positifs au sujet du personnel mais malheureusement mon expérience a été très différente: le personnel a été peu cordial à la réception et dans certains cas au restaurant et ce, plusieurs fois pendant notre séjour.
