The location is perfect — just a short walk from the city center and all the main attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and cozy, with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

What truly made my experience unforgettable was the exceptional staff, especially Steve. I have never experienced such genuine care and outstanding hospitality. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and looked after throughout my stay. His kindness, professionalism, and warm personality made every day special and turned a great trip into an unforgettable one.

Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful service, and a very special thank you to Steve for making me smile every day. This was, without a doubt, the best hospitality I have ever experienced. I can't wait to come back!

הצוות היה פשוט מקסים ואדיב וקשוב לכל מה שהיינו צריכים. החדרים גדולים, מיקום מצויין.

Cons:

תרבות המזגנים באתונה באופן כללי דרושה שיפור. איפה שאוכלים ארוחת בוקר פשוט קשוח מאוד להנות ככה מהאוכל שהיה מאוד מאוד טעים! מה שהכי יפה זה בערב לראות את האקרופוליס מהמלון. פשוט וואו.

Chambre avec salon très confortable.

מהרגע שנכנסתי למלון בראון באתונה הרגשתי שמדובר במקום מיוחד, כזה שמשלב בצורה מושלמת בין עיצוב, נוחות ושירות ברמה גבוהה. ❤️

החדר היה גדול, מרווח, נקי מאוד ומעוצב בטעם מצוין, עם תחושה של נוחות ופינוק לאורך כל השהייה.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת, עשירה, טרייה ומגוונת, והייתה דרך מושלמת להתחיל את היום.

אני רוצה לציין במיוחד את מנהלת המלון, לילי. אי אפשר לפספס את הנוכחות שלה. היא מקצועית, אדיבה, מלאת אנרגיה חיובית ודואגת שכל אורח ירגיש מיוחד. רואים שהיא מנהיגה את המלון מתוך אכפתיות אמיתית, וההשפעה שלה מורגשת בכל מקום.

המיקום מצוין, האווירה צעירה ונעימה, הצוות מקסים והשירות ברמה גבוהה מאוד.

הגענו למלון במקור ללילה אחד בלבד, אבל מהר מאוד הבנו שזה המקום שבו אנחנו רוצים להישאר והארכנו את השהייה לעוד מספר לילות. בכל סוף יום, אחרי הטיולים באתונה, היה לנו תענוג לעלות לקומה העליונה של המלון, ליהנות מהבריכות, מהג’קוזי ומהאווירה המפנקת, ופשוט לסיים את היום בצורה מושלמת.

אני תמיד אומר שאם לא הייתם במלון בראון, כנראה שלא באמת חוויתם את אתונה כמו שצריך. זה לא רק מלון, זו חוויה שלמה.

תודה גדולה ללילי ולכל צוות מלון בראון על אירוח יוצא דופן. אין לי ספק שאחזור שוב ואמליץ בחום. ❤️
