Lovely hotel, friendly and super helpful staff. Clean and had a great room. I am a wheelchair user and they were really helpful throughout our stay in ensuring access and providing ramps

Specially the reception staff and rooftop restaurant very unfriendly,not welcoming,very slow service.specially the breakfast is too much bad and not clean.

This hotel looks polished in the photos but in reality it’s a bit old. Not all staff are friendly and a lot of them are just rude sad and looking weird and funny at people lol. Cleanliness is scary, the curtains in the bedroom were so dusty and dark and I am not a pro of cleanliness but it was obvious. I would have rated better if it was cheap but for 200£ a night go somewhere elae more reliable and professional. Some of the people were nice but other are just rude sad and probably lack of education.

La gente siempre disponible para entendernos (hablábamos castellano), todo siempre ordenado y limpió. El desayuno impecable, fresco, de toda variedad de comida y todo delicioso.
La comida es muy buena.
Nos tuvimos que quedar una noche más y fueron muy amables apoyándonos con encontrar habitación disponible.
Piezas algo pequeña y con vista a una pared. El baño tenía mala la ducha y era difícil bañarse y se mojaba todo el piso de el baño cuando te bañabas.
Había un teléfono en la habitación, queríamos comunicarnos con el recepcionista, pero no se comunicaba, intentamos marcar 3 o 4 veces, y llega el recepcionista a la habitación como si fuera una emergencia. No sé si el teléfono no funcionaba o era solo para avisar que necesitabas ayuda.
Un poco elevado los precios de la carta.

Stayed at Brown Acropol in Athens and overall had a very good experience. The hotel has a stylish modern design with a lively atmosphere and an excellent central location close to many attractions and restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the rooftop area was one of the highlights with beautiful views over the city.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and one staff member in particular, Steve, was exceptional. He was professional, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the experience even better. Breakfast had a good variety and the overall vibe of the hotel felt energetic and upscale. A great option for anyone visiting Athens who wants something more modern and vibrant than a traditional hotel.
The location was very easy to get to everywhere you need to go and very close to the Metro Station. The breakfast was absolutely the best thing about this hotel & sitting on the roof terrace.
For us, the hotel doesn't look like the photos. It's tired and run down, quite dirty. The views from the rooms are not as shown and even the views from the roof terrace (and the jacuzzi pods) don't look like the photos. The standard rooms are very small and the larger rooms so so noisy! It was especially bad as we were next to the lift, plus there was an adjoining room with a paper door. We didn't sleep for our whole stay. The area is not great, but we didn't have any troubles, we also didn't stay out very late. Our room was damaged and run down, bedding not clean and with holes.
The gym is so small, we tried to go every day but couldnt. The roof top jacuzzi area is also really small so unless you grab a pod, you can't use the space, but the space is awkward anyway. Definitely not roof top pool vibes! Everyone is different, however I couldn't recommend this hotel and wouldn't stay here again for the price.

Rooftop jacuzzi waren super entspannt. Das Zimmer ist schön gross und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Ausserdem ist eine ubahn station direkt vor der Tür.
Aufpreis für das Nutzen der Sauna und anderer Wellnessaktivitäten.
