Location to city
Multiple issues
Faulty towers is an understatement
Was very close to our concert at the convention centre

Great position friendly staff
Facilities are just a little bit tired in our room just needs a bit of an update but very clean
When the room was identified as having wet carpet, they were able to move us
Booking was incorrect - requested a premier room with two singles, received confirmation from Adina and then on check in it was a KS bed - normally not an issue, but I was travelling with a colleague not my partner. When I went to reception to query this, I was informed that they did not have that information however would come and separate the beds. They did do this however it was later that evening that we noticed that the carpet in the bedroom was drenched - as it was late and apparently the hotel was fully booked and my phone in my room did not work, I chose to wait until the morning to let them know. In the morning I spoke to reception and they stated they would arrange a new room. The change was made while we were at our conference and the new room was also a KS bed - and smaller. The cups in the room were filthy and had coffee spots still in them. Upon check out there was a parking fee attached to my booking, which I did not have, and it took a substantial amount of time for the reception team to sort it out. At no point were we offered a reduction in cost or anything to make the stay better. For the price to stay for two nights - to attend a conference with over 190 delegates (many who choose to stay because of convenience) the experience was extremely disheartening and underwhelming. I appreciate that the Adina is currently undergoing renovations - according to a sign at the front - but wet carpet, dirty cups, not having the room that was confirmed, lack of facilities in the room (ie phone) all made for a lacklustre stay.
Rooms are very functional and clean
There was no kettle in my room
Close to concert venue
Room wasn’t clean. Decaf coffee only. No tv remote for bedroom.
Lounge tv had not been cleared so unable to log in
Next to a major Bus terminal with the free CAT buses, able to go in any direction, very convenient.
Mini kitchenette was great. Bathroom was large.
There's not much to critic but the whole apartment is getting a bit dated and could do with a refresh.
Proximity to conference centre
Grubby spots
Close to the event I was attending.
Bed very comfortable
A bit tired looking but property currently in process of being refurbished
Location, didn’t really feel like I was in the heart of the city, which I liked as the convention centre was closed, was strangely peaceful;
Bar outside, swimming pool as well, kitchen was decent and an option to get delivery to cook
Old, warm out a bit
Need some tlc in the room old tvs and carpets
Walking distance to Riverside Theatre
Trying to find the driveway into the place was a nightmare, told to organise parking at reception on check in all the time there is no parking and cost us $40 to park in Wilson public parking, massive leak from roof at reception, old lifted carpet throughout
Great location for evebts at the the convention centre.
Needs a bit of a revamp. Peeling laminate on bottom of bathroom cabinet doors, and entrance doors. Hole in kitchen area bench top. Bathroom floor tiles didnt look clean, stained and worn. Caperts torn in halway to rooms. Ceiling leaking into large bin in the main reception foyer.
Convenient location has everything one needs, coffee machine would top it off.
Needing some TLC but understand refurbishing is happening
Location
Dated
