Cleanliness
7.2
Rooms often described as clean and beds noted as comfortable, but multiple reports of cigarette/carpet odors and a few cleanliness-related fixes after check-in.
Service
8.8
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful; shuttle service valued though there were isolated issues (shuttle hours/availability).
Location
9
Consistently praised for being close to the airport and convenient for travel, though proximity to a busy gas station generates nighttime noise for some guests.
Room Quality
7.4
Beds and room size frequently praised; several guests reported AC noise, intermittent cooling/leaks, bathroom door/faucet problems and other minor maintenance issues.
Amenities
5.6
Amenities received the most complaints: hot tub often out of order or lukewarm, pool very cold, small fitness room, and shuttle/parking limitations noted.
Value for Money
9.2
Multiple guests called the hotel affordable and a great value, especially for airport proximity; a few noted incidental/parking fees reduced perceived value slightly.
Food and Beverage
7.4
Breakfast is included and convenient for early flights but commonly described as limited in variety, sometimes rubbery (eggs/meats), and with short service hours.
Overall Experience
7.8
Mixed but generally positive overall: many guests satisfied for short/airport stays (clean rooms, helpful staff), while repeated amenity and noise issues lowered some stays.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Good location. Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The hot tub was out of order, and the pool was extremely cold. Had I known that the hot tub and pool were unusable, I would have chosen a different location. However, with that being said. Staff was great, location great, beds and all else wonderful.

Pros:

I got there as it was closing. All I got was toast and coffee

Cons:

I paid to park and fly but was not aware that the shuttle didn’t run past midnight. My flight was delayed so I had to hire a taxi to get to the hotel and my car.

Pros:

Warm breakfast included - was OK - eggs & meats a bit rubbery/blah. Internet worked great. Fitness room was small, but usable. Great value close to airport. Was pretty quiet during our stay. All staff very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Minor annoyances: room sanfu with one of our rooms after check-in, but was fixed very quickly. Not sure why they put HVAC unit blowing on the desk workstation with no air directional vents :)
