The shower. Would prefer one with a flexible shower hose. The shower head is stuck to the wall.

The gentleman on reception was incredibly kind to me when I checked in very upset after being turned away from my flight at Gatwick due to an issue with my passport being over 10 years old. His kindness was what made my stay so comfortable at a terrible time. Thank you!
The garlic bread was burnt when delivered to my room.
The location to Gatwick while still close to restaurants and in a peaceful setting surrounded by abundant trees. The well appointed rooms with super comfy beds and linens. The breakfast buffet have a lovely variety of options!
No free shuttle to the airport- this has changed since our last stay. Now a large bus comes and it costs 10£ and you have to haul your bags up to lead them yourself. Last week stayed in the Crowne Plaza in Geneva and they had shuttle bus that was free and they took care of the bags.

Concierge Anna and chef Paul were wonderful. So helpful. Due to the nature of our holiday we had a lot of heavy luggage and we needed the help
