Najmocniejszą stroną hotelu jest jego piękne otoczenie- duży ogród pełen doskonale utrzymanych i zadbanych roślin, piękna zielona trawa, palmy, kwiaty. Przyjemna zielona oaza. W hotelu panuje spokój i relaksująca atmosfera.
Wygodne łóżka, fajne patio przy pokoju.
Miła obsługa w recepcji i super kierowca, który nas przywiózł z lotniska.
Plus za możliwość wstępu na plażę z leżakami i parasolami.
W hotelu prawie nie ma dzieci, więc jest spokojnie i cicho.
Śniadania- to najsłabszy punkt.może w 3 gwiazdkowym hotelu byłyby ok, ale napewno nie zasługują na 5 gwiazdek. Monotonne, ciągle czegoś brakowało, obsługa powolna i chyba niezbyt lubiąca swoją pracę.
Za podstawowe rzeczy jak jajko sadzone czy naleśniki trzeba dopłacić, co jest dla mnie niezrozumiałe, bo to są śniadaniowe podstawy. Jajecznica okropna.
Pokoje średnio sprzątane, nie uzupełniane herbaty przez cały pobyt, szafki śmierdzą stęchlizną, mocno słychać sąsiadów, bardzo brudna kratka od klimatyzacji (aż strach się bać co z tego leci).
Brak jakiejkolwiek suszarki do wysuszenia mokrych rzeczy po basenie czy plaży. Poradziliśmy sobie kupując sznurek na pranie (w 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu).
Stare drzwi do pokoju, nadające się do wymiany. To samo klimatyzacja, która chyba pamięta lata 80te.
Lokalizacja może być dla niektórych kłopotliwa, ale ja wybrałam ją celowo, bo bardziej niż na bliskości miasta zależało mi na bliskości plaży. I to się sprawdziło. Spaceru do centrum jednak nie polecam, bo trasa jest nieprzyjemna i bardzo ruchliwa.
Good location, decent breakfast and lovely pool area and food was good, although pricey.
Rooms are terrible - clogged shower drain, water pressure good but temperature kept playing between super hot or freezing cold. A/C couldn’t be regulated from the room, had to contact reception to change temperature or switch on/off. Spotted easily 20+ mosquitos in the room over a 2 night stay. Some staff were helpful like cleaning staff, but others were arrogant or unwilling to help. The hotel driver scammed us into paying for taxi shuttle that was pre-booked by other hotel guests. Definitely not value for money, not 5 star worthy and not luxury as the name suggests.

I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering this is advertised as a 5-star hotel.
The biggest issues were several room-related issues. During our stay, at least three groups of friends had to request room changes—one because of a strong unpleasant smell, another because a couple was given a twin room instead of a double, and another after finding dirt and even toenail clippings in their room. In my own room, I stepped on a piece of broken glass immediately after entering. Fortunately, I wasn't injured, so I didn't bother reporting it, but it certainly shouldn't happen in a hotel of this standard.
The pool, although clean, for a hotel of this size and capacity, there are simply not enough sunbeds or space to accommodate guests. Unless you arrive very early, it's almost impossible to find somewhere to relax by the pool.
Another disappointment was the daily parking charge. Given the already high room rates, along with the expensive food and drinks, charging guests extra for parking feels excessive and not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel.
Throughout our stay, we also noticed many other guests expressing similar frustrations. Unfortunately, the attitude and hostility shown by some members of staff when dealing with complaints only made the experience more disappointing.
Overall, this hotel falls well short of the standards expected from a 5-star property. While the hotel may look impressive, the service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience did not justify the premium price.
Absolutely dreadful experience – avoid at all costs
Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We were part of a large group attending a wedding in Sicily, and this hotel was one of the selected accommodations for guests, with transport arrangements organised through the hotel.
The hotel itself was far from the standard advertised. The rooms and common areas felt dirty and poorly maintained, and the staff were consistently rude, unfriendly, and appeared annoyed whenever guests needed assistance. Any request seemed to be met with hostility rather than hospitality.
The worst part of our stay was what can only be described as a scam involving transport. We had transport booked for 3:30pm, and around 25 wedding guests were waiting outside the hotel. At approximately 3:40pm, a man arrived and asked for the first eight people. Naturally, we assumed this was part of the transport arranged for our group.
Upon arriving at our destination, we were shocked to be presented with a bill for €250. We later discovered that the hotel had actually booked a taxi for other guests at 4:20pm, and somehow we had been directed into that vehicle instead. Given the circumstances, it is difficult to believe the hotel was unaware of what was happening.
To make matters worse, when I raised the issue with reception, I was met with an abrupt, arrogant response and was simply told that it was "my problem." There was no attempt to investigate, assist, or show any concern whatsoever.
Breakfast was also nowhere near what you would expect from a supposedly 5-star hotel. The quality and selection were very disappointing.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. Dirty facilities, rude staff, poor service, and a transport situation that left us feeling completely taken advantage of. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly would not stay here again.

Everything is impossible here, impossible for extra coffee, impossible to fix the A/C. Phone doesn’t work, gate doesn’t work. No effort from staff.
Decor was stunning, staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the two girls on reception. Nice pool area. Food in the restaurant was good.
Bathroom in the room could do with a bit of love.
The rooms were very noisy especially in the mornings with people walking past.
