Insgesamt schöne Anlage, etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Große und schön angelegte Anlage. Weitläufig und schöner Strand.

Cons:

Die Anlage könnte teils besser in Schuss gehalten sein. Dem Aqua Park merkt man an, dass er in die Jahre gekommen ist (macht immer noch Spaß). Die Zimmer sind ok.
Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden die Liegen nach der Winterpause auf unsere Veranda gestellt, leider noch mit dem Vogelkot des letzten Jahres. In den Tagen danach wurden diese auch nicht gereinigt. Nutzen will man sie dann nicht …
Preise außerhalb von AI oder Halbpension sind unverschämt. Im Restaurant werden für sehr kleine Hauptgerichte gerne 30 Euro verlangt, das Buffet kostet 55 Euro pP.

De volgende keer weer in de bewoonde wereld
Pros:

Grecotel is een erg mooi complex met verschillende zwembaden, direct aan geel zandstrand gelegen. Het personeel is per definitie erg hartelijk, want Grieks.
Het á la carte restaurant is met zijn beperkte kaart toch van uitstekende kwaliteit en stukken goedkoper dan het buffetrestaurant. Jammer dat het vroeg sloot.

Cons:

Als we ons hadden gerealiseerd dat er hélémáál niets in de buurt was aan taverna's of winkeltjes hadden we all inclusive geboekt. Nu betaalden we voor het buffetrestaurant (wat compleet genoeg was, hoor) liefst €55,- p/p. Als gezegd, dan kun je beter in het á la carte restaurant eten.
Ten tweede waren ze een nieuw systeem van inchecken aan het uit proberen. Ook dat eindigde Grieks: Veel papieren met de hand invullen, want de techniek werkte niet mee.

Πολύ καλή 😊
Pros:

Το προσωπικό και το φαγητό του resort ήταν πραγματικά τα καλύτερα πράγματα στο ξενοδοχείο. Επίσης η τοποθεσία μαζί με τις δραστηριότητες για τα παιδιά πραγματικά πολύ καλές!Φανταστικη παραλία αν και δεν κολυμπήσαμε λόγω αέρα και φοβεροί κήποι!

Cons:

Γενικά το ότι κάποια δωμάτια στο ισόγειο είχαν έντονη μυρωδιά υγρασίας (μετά από αίτημα μας το προσωπικό φρόντισε όμως για την άμεση μεταφορά μας σε άλλον όροφο)! Ανεπίτρεπτο όμως για ένα τέτοιου επιπέδου resort να υπάρχουν σημάδια μη συντήρησης των εγκαταστάσεων! Πολλοί τοίχοι δωματίων και εξωτερικών χώρων χρειαζόντουσαν βάψιμο και συντήρηση.Συνιστω επίσης στους υπεύθυνους επειδή υπάρχουν πολλά παιδιά μικρής ηλικίας ανάμεσα στους επισκέπτες να απομακρυνθούν από τα δωμάτια επικίνδυνα για τα παιδιά έπιπλα όπως αυτά που ήταν στα δωμάτια μας ένα τραπέζι με σιδερένιο σκελετό και μονό τζαμί που εύκολα σπάει από ένα παιδί ή πέφτει και χτυπάει στο σίδερο του τραπεζιού.Μια λεπτομέρεια επίσης ,θα ήθελα περισσότερους και μεγαλύτερους κάδους απορριμμάτων στο δωμάτιο.

A beautiful resort with amazing staff and surroundings, but in need of serious renovation to reach its full potential.
Pros:

We had a lovely family holiday at Grecotel Riviera. The location is stunning — surrounded by pine and palm trees, with a beautiful beach and an amazing aqua park the kids absolutely loved. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always doing their best to make sure everyone is looked after. A special thank you to Maria and the Grecoland team — they were fantastic with the kids and made every day fun!

Cons:

The hotel is in desperate need for renovation. Some areas like the bathrooms, lifts, and the pools are quite dated and not well maintained. It’s a shame, because the hotel has so much potential. If you can look past those things, there’s still a lot to enjoy.

מלון מעולה עם ילדים
Pros:

המלון מרווח ונעים עם נוף לים. 2 דקות הליכה מפארק המים. פארק המים מושלם! בערך 11 מגלשות מכל מיני סוגים. ממש שווה. יש שאטלים לעבור בין המלונות אם רוצים לשהות במלון אחר במהלך היום או עבור פעילויות.
יש חוף פרטי מהמם. אם לוקחים חצי פנסיון, יש הטבות ופינוקים במסעדות לילדים במהלך היום.

Cons:

לא היו פעילויות לילדים במלון הזה, רק במלון ליד אז צריך לעבור כל הזמן למלון השני. לקחנו חצי פנסיון, האוכל היה בסדר. אבל חזר על עצמו. מסתבר שאפשר להמיר א.ערב לארוחה במסעדה, אבל את כל זה גילינו כשהגענו וחא היה מקום. ממש מעצבן.
מיקום מרוחק לאלה המתכננים על א.בוקר בלבד. צריך לסוע. במלון השני היה ליד שהיה מותאם לילדים היה אחלה פינוקים להכל כלול.
המים בבריכה היו קצת קרים בסוף ספטמבר.
