Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and super helpful, the room was huge and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Only thing I didnt like is that I had to be up and out by 8am due to my work commitments, I'd of happily stayed tucked up a few hour more

Good quality cheap hotel
Pros:

Great room, especially for the price I paid. Far exceed what I was expecting. Room was nice and cosy, and the bed was comfortable. The room was quite small but it was fine for 1 person using it.

Cons:

The bath was a nice size, but the shower wasn't attached to the wall so I had to hold it when I showered. Not a big deal for me and I didn't mind, but might put some guests off.

Pleasant,friendly staff,convenient location no problem as far as we were concerned
Pros:

Convenient location,parking on site was a bonus,staff were very friendly,room was warm and comfortable.
Lots of bars and places to eat in the surrounding areas

Cons:

Clearly the hotel was under new management and as such was being refurbished, there are still, little touches required in the rooms currently available,tv did not work but was going to remedied, over all not too bad but will be better once fully refurbed

Would stay here again.
Pros:

Excellent staff, very friendly. Beautiful building with a lot of original features. Excellent price. In a good location for dining options, and proximity to pubs etc.

Cons:

The bath/shower rooms desperately need renovating. There are multiple screw heads sticking out of the walls where old items, like shelving or towel rails, used to be hung. Like the screws are too long for purpose. There was no towel rail in one of the rooms I stayed it. I'm sure they will eventually get around to fixing all those little problems though.

The main issue was the lack of plug sockets. Especially as they are located so far from the bed. Giving the option of an extension cable, might be a good solution, if its not possible to add extra sockets.

Nice and easy
Pros:

Lovely friendly hotel near the M6. Very welcoming staff. Just stayed one night but it was a spacious room, smelt nice. The bathroom was a lovely size. The bed was comfy.
It's currently being refurbished but the room was well soundproofed I didn't hear lots of work.

Cons:

The shower wasn't very strong

Brilliant Hotel back
Pros:

Perfect location everything right on your doorstep this hotel will get better and better as time goes on give the new management a chance you will not regret it
