Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación era brutal. El parking estaba muy bien, plazas anchas oara coches grandes. Tiene incluso para que puedas limpiar tu mismo los cristales de tu coche, una maravilla.

Cons:

Es verdad que los precios en general son un poco elevados, pero eso es en general, no en referente al hotel.

Our Favourite Hotel of the Trip — Comfortable, Clean and Welcoming
Pros:

This was probably the nicest hotel we stayed at during our whole trip. The hotel is clean, well maintained and pleasantly decorated. Our room was spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed and even a balcony, which was a lovely bonus. The area is quiet and peaceful, and despite being away from central Berlin, getting into the city centre by metro was easy and convenient. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of tasty options. In fact, this 3-star hotel was better than some 4-star hotels we have stayed in. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back.

Cons:

The only downside for us was the location. The hotel is quite far from central Berlin, so we had to use the metro to get into the city. However, the area itself was quiet and pleasant, and the metro made getting around fairly easy, so this was not a major issue for us.

Bardzo komfortowy Hotel w dogodnej lokalizacji blisko centrum Berlina. Miła obsługa, profesjonalne podejście do gości hotelowych. Kompetentny w pełni pomocny i uprzejmy personel recepcji hotelowej. Dostępny podziemny parking hotelowy, duża ilość wolnych miejsc parkingowych. Przyjazna okolica. Miejsce godne polecenia.

Cons:

Ich habe das Zimmer für meine Verwandtschaft reserviert und bezahlt. Beim Einchecken kam es schon zu Problemen, dass die Reservierung auf meinen Namen lief. Es mussten viele Nachweise geschickt werden bis der Punkt geklärt war. Danach kam der nächste Punkt - Bezahlung. Es wurde erstmal behauptet, dass das Zimmer noch nicht bezahlt wurde obwohl auch dazu Belege vorlagen. Meine Verwandten musste noch mal eine Zahlung leisten. Am nächsten Tag musste ich persönlich im Hotel vorbeischauen, um die Angelegenheit zu klären. An der Rezeption wurde dann bestätigt, dass ein Fehler seitens Hotel vorliegt. Leider gab es keine Entschuldigung von dem Personal. Die Mitarbeiterin, die meine Gäste am ersten Tag betreut hat, bestand immer noch darauf, dass das Zimmer noch nicht bezahlt ist bis dann ihre Kollegin bestätigte, dass das nicht der Fall sei. Darauf hin war die MA ganz schnell verschwunden ohne einen Wort Entschuldigung oder ähnl. zu sagen. Fehler können mal passieren, aber der Umgang damit muss professionell erfolgen. Das war in dem Hotel nicht der Fall.
