Frühstückraum Tischdecken schmutzig nicht ordentlich aufgedeckt Besteck fehlte teilweise Personal im Speisesaal extrem unfreundlich. Zimmertüre schloss nicht so gut nach Zimmerservice Standard den ganzen Tag offen . Zimmer abgewohnt

Pros:

La posizione: vicino al centro ma in zona molto tranquilla.belle le 2 piscine ( scoperta e coperta,comunicanti).

Cons:

Deludente la SPA,sporca e con mattonelle rotte,ci siamo tagliati.inoltre la zona e in ristrutturazione x cui andrebbe detto a chi prenota.Peccato

Понравился бассейн и расположение.

Cons:

Еда не вкусная,кофемашина одна,очередь на кофе,не хватало еды,не наполняли поднос с едой.Если приходили чуть позже,уже еды не хватало.

Piccole cose da migliorare ma soddisfatto.
Pros:

Colazione ottima e varia. Posizione perfetta a due passi dalla zona pedonale. Piscina interna ed esterna ottima come il giardino. Servizi buoni e cortesi. Ottima dotazione per bagni termali e camera.

Cons:

Cena sufficiente sia qualità che quantità. Box doccia ed accessori bagno economici in plastica e datati.

Pros:

La gym aquatique dans l'eau chaude de la piscine. L'eau thermale de la piscine. Le personnel très à l'écoute et sympathique.
Les massages.
Le site de l'hôtel proche de tout.
La literie. La propreté des chambres. Les draps, serviettes, nappes, changés tous les jours.

Cons:

La qualité des produits alimentaire très médiocre. Les assiettes bien remplies mais sans saveur. Trop salé ou trop sucré.
La chambre et la salle de bain un peu vieillottes.
