Not good value for money. Hotel is tired and in need of modernisation. Costs are being cut.
Pros:

Plugs didnt work in the room, no iron in the room, the balcony door would not lock, there were no limes available at the bar, the tapas at the bar was bad, the rooms are very basic and in need of updating - all very 1990's. Bad value for money. Not enough water in the rooms.

Cons:

Staff were good and breakfast was fine.

Ok, unmemorable in terms of service and property
Pros:

The pool area was nice with available beds. The pool bar food offering was nice, but not included in food offering and much nicer menu than the buffet available. Gym is a good facility.

Cons:

Reception areas and the rooms are dated. The balcony area was a bit damaged on the wooden fencing which made me nervous for younger children on balcony and required extra supervision. With 3 children we have alot of clothes / luggage but the room service standard was just ok, at times floors weren't adequately cleaned and dirty glasses left in room etc. Overall a poor 4 star experience.

Nice place ok location good pool prob priced ok for Marbella but not luxury

Nice hotel great pool nice rooms comfy bed

Cons:

No iron in room asked 7 times over a 16hr period before a terrible iron and board turned up. Bit tired shower was coming off wall and balcony felt like it would break off. No late bar. Buffet breakfast was standard rubbish

Completely ruined by the all inclusive package. Don’t ever think of booking with that package.
Pros:

Room was ok. Cleaning lady was the best.

Cons:

The fact the drinks were not included in the all inclusive package. That’s the most ridiculous thing I ever saw in a all inclusive hotel. I’m almost speechless of that. Not even water is included. I made fun with all my friends about that. This is the single reason I completely don’t recommend this hotel and will never book it again.
Water costs 3.5€ when I already payed 50% more for the all inclusive package. The helper didn’t even know how much it cost when I asked him, I only found out after.
The bar on the pool is also not included in the all inclusive, everything is extra. Thats ridiculous. I went to dozens of hotels per year and I never saw something so ridiculous as this.
