The breakfast is great ! The staff at the pool and restaurant are extremely nice.

Cons:

I have been staying at this hotel for years but you can see that the hotel needs a refresh and better management. The AC in the room was poorly working and so I had to ask a few times to have it “sort of” fixed. The rooms were rarely properly cleaned up (used cups and cutlery would be left and not replaced) and quite dusty. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom and were told that it must have flew in …. It feels like no one is managing guests feedbacks (people at reception kept saying that we will be come back to us and make a gesture but never did)

Practical stay for someone that knows Marrakech well but the hotel rooms were worn out and dusty

Un hotel tranquilo, cómodo y con un servicio excelente
Pros:

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. El hotel tiene un tamaño perfecto: no resulta masificado ni agobiante y transmite una sensación de tranquilidad y comodidad. Está además en una zona residencial muy tranquila, alejada del bullicio de Marbella, por lo que apenas hay ruido.
Para los amantes del golf, la ubicación es fantástica. El hotel está prácticamente al lado del campo de golf, a unos 200 metros, por lo que puedes salir del hotel y llegar andando sin necesidad de coger el coche.
La habitación era amplia, cómoda y estaba muy limpia. Todo el personal nos atendió en todo momento con mucha amabilidad y profesionalidad. Quiero destacar especialmente algunos pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia: durante una de las cenas, como no terminamos una botella de vino, nos la guardaron para el día siguiente. Al tercer día, por un error, la botella ya no estaba disponible y tuvieron el detalle de darnos otra gratuitamente. Son gestos que demuestran una buena atención al cliente y que personalmente valoro mucho.
El buffet también nos pareció bastante bueno, con una calidad más que correcta y variedad suficiente. Además, el ambiente era agradable y el personal del restaurante fue siempre muy atento.
Durante la estancia, además, tuvieron el detalle de asignarnos una habitación mejor y ofrecernos algunos beneficios que no esperábamos, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuese todavía más positiva.

Cons:

El único aspecto que mejoraría es el sistema de pago de las consumiciones. Si no dejas una tarjeta de crédito como garantía, los gastos que haces durante la estancia —consumiciones, piscina, restaurante, etc.— tienen que pagarse en el momento, en lugar de poder acumularlos en una cuenta para abonarlos al hacer el check-out, como ocurre habitualmente en otros hoteles.
El primer día no lo sabíamos y, de hecho, después de la cena un camarero tuvo que subir a nuestra habitación a las 23:00 para solicitar el pago. Creo que sería más cómodo para el cliente poder dejar una cuenta abierta y liquidarla al finalizar la estancia.
En cualquier caso, es un detalle menor dentro de una experiencia general muy buena.

Très bel hôtel un peu à l’écart de l’agitation de Marbella et puerto Banús mais tout en étant à 10mn
Le petit déjeuner est top
