Персонал игнорирует жалобы гостей !
На общей террасе соседи постоянно курили и весь дым от сигарет шел к нам в номер. Неоднократно звонили и подходили на ресепшен , администратор Лаура вообще не реагировала! Такое ощущение, что отель живет в 2000 х годах. Сильный запах сигарет.В отеле есть свои плюсы, но сервис на нуле. Администраторы на ресепшн на все просьбы разобраться только кивали, но ничего не делали. Полное безразличие к гостям и нарушение собственных правил отеля о запрете курения. ( и правил ЕС ) Если вы не курите , если хотите дышать свежим воздухом из окон или путешествуете с детьми — выбирать этот отель не рекомендую.

la cena fue horrible no he visto un buffet tan vacío nunca y la comida no estaba bien muy mal la cena gran decepción el desayuno en el buffet es normal.
