Prime location! No reason to stay in the center of Avignon when you are a 10 minute uber ride away.
Pros:

The location was perfect! We needed to be at the train station very early th next day and the 10 minute walk made it so easy and stress free. The pool was an added bonous on a 90 degree september day.

Odd layout of room with open plan bathroom and sleeping area. Has rainfall shower but this did not work properly due to poor water pressure.

Un peu déçue de n’avoir appris qu’une heure avant notre départ que la piscine était encore ouverte ! Quand j’avais demandé on m’avait dit que c’était jusqu’à fin septembre. Surtout que la piscine était top et qu’il faisait 33 ! Manque de propreté au niveau de la douche du spa (énormément de cheveux pas enlevés).

Pros:

Bon accueil dès l'arrivée, chambre confortable avec de bonnes prestations, apéritif au bar agréable dommage qu'avec nos cocktails rien de salé pour l'accompagner, restaurant proposant une belle carte et appréciable notamment le filet de veau excellent ainsi que son accompagnement, service ce soir là parfaitement effectué personnel très aimable...

Cons:

Le parking est malheureusement assez limité et était déjà complet à notre arrivée vers 17h cependant il est gratuit.
Le principal point de déception concerne le petit-déjeuner, qui ne nous a pas semblé à la hauteur d’un établissement 4 étoiles, surtout au tarif proposé, à 8h50, le buffet était déjà pratiquement vide : plus de pain, très peu de viennoiseries, carafe d’eau vide et aucune tasses disponibles pour le café... Nous étions en présence de trois groupes ce matin-là, mais cela ne devrait pas avoir pour conséquence de laisser les clients individuels payant le prix fort sans accueil sans explications du déroulement comme on peu si attendre et un buffet pratique vide surtout au tarif proposé, pas de salade de fruits frais : malheureusement les fruits proposés étaient entiers et très durs (kiwis, poires…), avec également de l’ananas en boîte.
L’ambiance était également très bruyante et peu propice à la détente en ce dimanche. Tout le personnel courait dans tous les sens pour gérer les groupes, au détriment des autres clients, plus de places en salle toutes les tables sont occupées... Pourquoi les groupes ne disposent-ils pas d’une salle dédiée, comme nous avons déjà pu le constater dans certains hôtels du groupe Accor ?
Nous repartons malheureusement avec un goût d’inachevé. Je précise que nous avons d’ailleurs signalé notre déception à l’accueil au moment de notre départ.

Comfortable convenient hotel, but breakfast wasn't well organized.

Very nice welcome. Room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my dinner.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't well managed. I arrived about 8:15 am and there were many people there from a tour bus, I think. The tables weren't set, food wasn't replenished. I could not easily find a coffee cup.

I also found the yoghurt service very strange... from a machine. Only small amounts came out. (And there weren't any bowls near the yoghurt.) I think you should have yoghurt in individual containers.

So breakfast was disappointing...
