Tolles Hotel am TGV-Bahnhof von Avignon
Pros:

Gute Stimmung, gemütliches Zimmer und Bett, schöne Ausstattung, Lage am TGV-Bahnhof von Avignon ist perfekt, wenn man spät ankommt, oder früh los muss.

Pros:

Le confort de la chambre et surtout l’insonorisation nous n’entendons aucun bruit comme dans un cocon dans l’hôtel a affiché complet nous n’avons rien entendu nous avons très bien dormi! Le spa était très bien mais malheureusement le sauna ne fonctionnait pas, le personnel très attentionné, et très professionnel!

Cons:

Seul bémol… l’accès au spa a été ouvert à deux "jeunes" qui plongeaient et sautaient dans la piscine et faisaient les guignols…. alors que le calme est prescrit dans ce genre d’espace….On est pas à Aqualand…. mais ce n’est pas la faute du personnel, qui ne peut pas prévoir à l’avance le comportement de certaines personnes….

La chambre était minuscule et mal agencée avec aucun espace pour les bagages. La salle de bain n’était pas séparée, uniquement avec un rideau. Il ne faisait pas noir dans la chambre malgré les rideaux fermés la nuit. Le personnel était moyen, la chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée, et le responsable n’était pas sympathique. Au restaurant, nous avons demandé un plat végétarien, on nous a dit de prendre 2 plats carnés et d’enlever la viande en résumé. Finalement nous avons du insister pour voir en cuisine pour remplacer la protéine ce qui a été fait (merci à la cuisine) mais c’était poussif de la part du serveur
