Please note that the swimming pool is available from Tuesday to Sunday, from 09:00 to 21:00. The pool towels are available in the reception.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Cons:

Quarto barulhento, janela não fechou. Entrou frio e barulho da rua. A torneira de água fria do box estava travada. Não consegui misturar as águas e tomei banho muito quente.

boa mais não volto mais nesse hotel
Pros:

Localização ótima perto do shopping Muller e de restaurantes dava para ir a pé. Quarto grande no oitavo andar.

Cons:

banheiro precisa de manutenção na porta que não fechava e no vaso sanitário descarga fraca. Como fica perto do corpo de bombeiros toda saída dos veículos acordava com a sirene nos carros tocando, entendo que é o que eles tem que fazer, porem para quem está dormindo de madrugada sendo acordada todo tempo.

O wi fi não funcionou. Para acessar o cardápio tive que digitar um endereço na internet...lamentável. Em um dia frio, só tinha uma manta fina no quarto. Vocês precisam melhorar a experiência por aí

Cons:

Quartos sem isolamento acústico. Minha estadia foi extremamente barulhenta, sendo difícil até conseguir dormir com o barulho da rua e dos quartos vizinhos. Além disso, o hotel só conta com dois elevadores funcionando, as TVs são pequenas e antigas, funcionam poucos canais, e a academia é extremamente básica (praticamente só conta com esteira, bicicleta e elíptico). É visível que o hotel precisa de uma reforma de renovação.
