Nasty ran down!

The hotel it’s self is very ran down & very dirty stayed 3 days and never once seen a house keeper at all. The front desk lady was very rude!!! The shower curtain had mold all over it! The trash in the laundry room was over filled and smelled the hallways up with rotting food WiFi didn’t wanna work the TVs was so fussy can’t even watch it…I will never stay here again

The best vacation to Virginia Beach we’ve had, and this is our 4th year in a row going

Location and views were beautiful hotel room was cleaner than the reviews say and was very spacious King Suite also felt very private we didn’t hear anyone from our room the whole stay

Cons:

Poor internet and thought we would have kitchen utensils to cook and eat with and it was empty! Also the ac in pushes hot air into the balcony room making it hot hot hot

The only thing nice about this hotel was the view i would never recommend

Cons:

Everything in the room was dirty literally nothing was clean. When i walked in the couch looked like it came out of the dumpster the pictures they show have to be from years ago. The sheets had 1000 stains on them. The hand towels that were supposed to be clean had a dead fly wrapped up in it. There were stains on the couch too. The balcony chairs look like they had never been cleaned your clothes will clean them if you sit on them. The only thing nice about this hotel was the view i would never recommend

It was big and comfortable and we got a dirty room and they exchanged it for free

Cons:

It was dirty at the start but even after the exchange there was marks in some places but it was overall clean

Staff, pillows and bed were comfortable and location

Cons:

No coffee pot, no bath wash, no shampoo, no plastic for ice bucket or cups for water and only 4 items in vending machine, dirty floor and sand in bed. It had cooking ability with no utensils, dish soap or pots and pans.
