It was awesome stay , clean and very helping staff more over very close to the landmark .

Cons:

The taste of food … could get better cooks to spice up the taste .. rest everything was good .. and please add sofa bed in rooms .. guest will love it

The place situated was very nearby to statue of unity.

Cons:

The kitchen staff was rude and they pushed to have their buffet for dinner. The male staff was very impolite and not at all helpful and cooperative. They were in panic mode due to gas shortage so we understood limited dishes are there but there is a polite way to handle the situation. We didn't feel the support and warmth which we expected from the Ramada brand. We were 2 females and 2 kids only.

Very happy with my stay at Ramada - staff, location, clea all a bonus for stay in India.
Pros:

Location was ideal - close to transport to Statue of Unity (1min walk from hotel). Room & bed were comfortable. Buffer breakfast excellent with lots of variety and good service. Hotel environment is beautiful overlooking the Narmada River. Ideal place to stay as surroundings are quite flat with outside dining facilities nearby. SOU district is well kept & clean, pleasing to see as other tourist areas may not be so comforting.
