Situación
Breakfast was the highlight of the hotel. Extensive variety of bread, cheese, and bocadillos. Plus quite a good selection of sweets, and changing things every morning. I would definitely recommend booking the hotel with breakfast. Close to the city of arts.
Very poor isolation, there were hairs from a previous guest in the bathroom sink, and in some of the bed sheets. In two consecutive mornings we woke up with a couple arguing and shouting in the room next to ours. Distance to the center is considerable if you're planning on walking there.
The rooms are not huge but of decent size. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom has everything you need. There’s coffee and tea in the room which is good if you don’t want to spend 17 euros for the breakfast. Check in and check out were very easy and you’re few minutes away from the City of Sciences which is truly worth a visit, away from the tourist crowds of the city center.
17 euros for the breakfast is way too much. you cannot order a tea/coffee without paying for the fully-fledged breakfast because the bar is closed until 11.30. I am used to travel with ear buds so I had no issue with the noise, but it is true I would have complained if I didn’t have them.
The experience was excellent. Perfect to relax and unwind. Exactly what you want when you're booking a hotel: the peace of mind to have a relaxing, supported experience. No bad surprises.
The bed was GIGANT and super comfortable, truly a double king bed as requested. Shower great, quiet. Great night of sleeping. I requested a garden facing room and they were helpful to get me a perfect one.
The staff was super friendly.
There are also some cafes and restaurants at the square below the hotel that made life easier.
(Indoor) pool, solarium and gym (simple, but ok) were great plus.
Even though it's located in front of the Arts & Science Center and 5 min walking from the park, the area is not so charming as Russafa or city center. You need to take a bus, an uber (5-10min) or to walk 30+minutes to get the main sighseeings. The beach is 15min by Uber, 30-40min by bus, or At night, there are not so interesting spots around the hotel. But you're close enough.
