The staff were helpful, the location is near the bus stops to the city center or to the beach, It was fairly clean.
I first booked a single room and the toilet seat was up against the wall with barely any room for legs. I complained and changed to a bigger room (paid extra for it). The bigger room - the sheets and towels were clean, no problem there. But the furniture looks old. Still, not an actual problem for me because I wasn't into the "looks" of it. At 7am someone's shower made all the pipes within walls buzz and make this high pitch sound. I woke up to it and it lasted about 2 mins. On my 2nd day, there was no hot water in the shower.
De ligging, dichtbij de Hemisferic en met een directe busverbinding naar de stad. Het ontbijt was degelijk en vers.
Het was een zakelijk hotel en dit zijn wij niet meer gewoon de laatste jaren.

bed was uncomfortable and there was a loud noise coming from the fridge wich made it impossible to sleep

Bruit de la route malgré une chambre au 7eme étage. Nous avions l’impression de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Nous avons très mal dormi à cause du bruit. Pour ce prix, nous attendions une isolation phonique.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé et avec des bon équipements. Seul bémol : le taxe pour le chien à 25€/jour, vraiment trop cher.
La ubicación, lo mejor de la estadía.
Me parece que en la piscina debiera haber una normativa que impida que pasajeros perturben con ruidos de equipos sonoros a otros pasajeros. Además de que el personal debiera velar por ello.
