Great place with stunning views to stay and relax.
Pros:

Amenities, staff, cleanliness, rooms w/ air conditioning were excellent and so was the breakfast - and you get all this with stunning views of Lake Lugano and surrounding mountains. Stay there if you can!!

Pros:

Le spa était exceptionnel ! Il comprend plusieurs bassins dont un à l extérieur face aux montagnes... Le matin il n y avait presque personne, c était délicieux ! Notre chambre avec balcon et belle vue était très confortable et spacieuse. Le personnel est très professionnel, accueillant et sympathique. C est un bel hôtel très calme que je recommande vivement !

Le prix exagéré des plats au restaurant . (Assiette peu remplie pour le prix) . Le petit déjeuner était correct mais pas normal de devoir encore payer pour avoir un œuf ou avocat etc … vu le prix élevé de la chambre avec déjeuner , le déjeuner devrait être plus garni

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Cons:

Die Möglichkeit, Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zu kochen wäre super. Ansonsten haben wir nichts vermisst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstücksangebot hätte ich mich über mehr Körner gefreut (neben Chia, Leinsamen und Kürbiskernen auch noch Floh- oder Hanfsamen und Haferflocken ohne Zucker).

Die Aussicht, das Frühstück und das Zimmer sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Andere Nationalitäten im Saunabereich mit Badekleider unterwegs. Entweder gilt das Badekleid-Verbot für alle oder es sollte aufgehoben werden.
Diverse Influencer oder sonst so Leute im Poolbereich mit den Handys unterwegs. Privatsphäre?!

Dommage...
Pros:

La vue, le servie en chambre (à part les prix..un club sandwich à CHF 44.-!!! est quand même très surfait!). Le super lunch-box le jour de mon départ (très tôt). Le fait que l'on ait installé suite à ma demande très rapidement un sur-matelas et la gentillesse de la plupart du personnel.

Cons:

Les prix surfaits, la situation géographique (je ne m'attendais pas à un tel éloignement...25 mn de "lacets" pour arriver en haut..), le fait de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la terrasse car toujours des odeurs de fumée....le bruit de portes qui tapent tard le soir et tôt le matin.. (et j'était dans une suite au 5e), et le fait que certains gars se permettent des comportements envers les femmes sous-prétexte que c'est un hôtel "adults only"..On voyait clairement un type me filmer en maillot de bain entrain de manger (vidéo à l'appui). J'ai fini par partir un jour avant car je me suis retrouvée seule dans l'ascenseur le lendemain matin...et je ne me suis plus sentie à l'aise...Bien sure on ne m'a pas remboursé la dernière nuit malgré ces contrariétés.
