I lost power in my home. The female front desk staff was amazing and compassionate bless her heart.

Customer Service from front desk clerk not Mike.

Cons:

The bed was hard as a rock!!! The outside patio furniture was torn, filty, sun damaged. A very bad first impression if I was'nt there years prior when it was cleaner and more vibrant.
