Ein paar Tage sind hier gut auszuhalten

Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt hat alles sehr gut gepasst, auch wenn wir uns sehr darüber ärgerten, dass die Dame an der Rezeption nicht fähig war, uns mitzuteilen, wie wir vom Zug-Bahnhof Abano (falsche Station, ok) zum Hotel kommen - sie sagte lediglich, wir müssten zur nächsten Zug-Station. Toll, aber wie???? war die Frage. Fanden dann eigenständig die Nummer eines Taxis. Wird wohl der heutigen oberflächlichen Generation und ihrer Unfähigkeit zum Perspektivenwechsel geschuldet sein.. Von Service haben sie (noch) keine Ahnung. Aber: Alles gut.

Colazione abbondante, internazionale, sia dolce sia salato, mancano spremute e cappuccino fatti dal barista, solo fatti dai distributori automatici, comunque una buona colazione. Personale di sala e ragazze alla reception molto gentili ed attenti. Camera ed ambienti molto puliti. Camera molto spaziosa e luminosa. Piscine termali belle e piacevoli. Ristorante classico e buono.

Cons:

Il bagno da sistemare, saliscendi rotto, porta sapone doccia brutto e rittacato a muro con quantità esagerata di silicone, l' asse del Water di plastica leggera che andava da tutte le parti, lavandino un po' otturato, il bagno dovrebbe proprio essere risistemato.

Le stanze ..cambiate 3 x l esatte una rumorosa e senza aria condizionata, una con la doccia minuscola,solo con un dolcino,nemmeno il soffione i radiatori scrostati.. ma come si può definire 4 stelle..la direttrice molto brava e paziente( di certo nn è colpa sua,se l albergo nn viene ristrutturato dagli anni 80) ci ha dato un ennesima stanza piu decente( ma nn andavano le tapparelle) ho sentito che altre coppie si lamentavano delle stanze vecchie! Insomma altro che relax .Lo staff dal bar gentilissimo!

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, der Balkon für zwei Personen ausreichend. Das Zimmer war mit einem Teppichboden belegt, auf dem es sehr angenehm war, barfuß zu laufen. Das Essen und der Pool waren hervorragend; die meisten vom Personal freundlich

Eine der Bedienungen war am Anfang des unfreundlich und lustlos; später hat sich dies gebessert. Es standen zu wenig Parkplätze zur Verfügung, sodass ich einmal sehr abenteuerlich und eng in einem Winkel parken musste.

La posizione, vicina all'isola pedonale. La tipologia dell'edificio. Le piscine termali. La professionalità e l'esperienza di maitre Mariano e di Samanta, che ci ha sapientemente consigliato i vini da abbinare alla cena.

Cons:

Aria condizionata in camera non funzionante: l'alternativa proposta era un altro hotel della stessa proprietà ma a 10 minuti di distanza (avevamo già disfatto i bagagli e la giornata era molto calda). Direttore della struttura poco educato.
Il giorno successivo ci hanno cambiato la camera. Per scusarsi del disservizio ci hanno comunque offerto uno dei trattamenti prenotati.
Avevo prenotato una riflessologia plantare ma in realtà mi hanno fatto un massaggio sportivo/decontratturante al corpo (eseguito comunque molto bene)
