Pros:

The only thing that I can say was positive was the location of hotel and four outstanding staff members, three front Desk staff two wonderful ladies on night's and one beautiful young lady in the morning, and also the head of housekeeping

Pros:

Room was great after we changed rooms. First room was room 303 and the TV didnt work and it was a handicap room. We moved to room 305 and it was fantastic!

Cons:

There was no pool. Bummer.

The room was very comfortable

The room was ok but it was not the kind of room I had booked and paid for, I even called the hotel 3 times and confirmed that I was getting the kind of room that I wanted.. but when we arrived they didn't have any more balcony room,which was essential to my stay, which ruined my 1st anniversary .. and there was no microwave in room. We made the best of it..But the staff was nice.

Pros:

The hotel was decent, and the location was great. The staff, however, were awful. There was a young lady ahead of me complaining about the cleanliness of her room when I checked in. It sounded as if she had already raised the issue multiple times and it hadn’t been addressed. After I checked out, I didn’t receive a guest folio. I called the front desk multiple times, even spoke to management. The first time, the young lady at the desk admitted she didn’t send. Each call after that, the staff, including management, was rude and dismissive. I had to call corporate to get a guest folio.

At check in, I asked about breakfast and he said it was served from 6-11. He never mentioned that breakfast was not included with our stay.

This is my go to hotel.
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay here! The room had both a tub and a shower, which was a huge plus for me. The location was perfect—close to Flying Fish and several other restaurants, all within walking distance. It made my solo trip back home comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and exactly what I needed. I will definitely be making this my go-to hotel whenever I’m in town. Highly recommend!
