The staff had to let you in to workout.. and if they were busy you didn't get on any time soon.. the pillows were entirely too small and tall for a king size bed. They were twin size pillows.. There was no bedding for the sofa and no extra toilet paper with less than a half of a roll upon check in..

Location, lobby, outside fire pit

Cons:

Staff was not very friendly. Didn’t give me much help trying to get my Marriott points for my stay (couldn’t find my number). Mattress in room was worn down and uncomfortable. No breakfast, even though site had breakfast included. Coffee was 5 bucks a cup… checked out early to get breakfast elsewhere.

Nice night in Little Rock
Pros:

The location, the comfy bed, the nice bed linen, the friendly staff at the check in and the manager at the bar. the convenience of good restaurants, the Flying Fish recommended by Roderick (?) was spot on very good.

the parking, it didn't feel safe.

Booking.com did not honor my pre booking , call several phone calls (booking .com) never got an answer, just AI voice messaging...so I had to use another credit card in order to stay. Payed TWICE for 1 stay!!!!!! STILL waiting on booking.com to settle without all the red tape

Perfect - value, customer service, proximity to activities and overall cleanliness and atomosphere.
Pros:

Both the General Manager and Rosa were more than accommodating and so super nice. Out group consisted of 5 women and their 9 children. Our kids felt safe and respected and the moms felt the same. I am planning to visit again for this reason and experience more in Little Rock. We were only there 1 night for the Ella Langley concert.

Wouldn't Recommend
Pros:

The only thing that I can say was positive was the location of hotel and four outstanding staff members, three front Desk staff two wonderful ladies on night's and one beautiful young lady in the morning, and also the head of housekeeping

Pros:

Room was great after we changed rooms. First room was room 303 and the TV didnt work and it was a handicap room. We moved to room 305 and it was fantastic!

Cons:

There was no pool. Bummer.

The room was ok but it was not the kind of room I had booked and paid for, I even called the hotel 3 times and confirmed that I was getting the kind of room that I wanted.. but when we arrived they didn't have any more balcony room,which was essential to my stay, which ruined my 1st anniversary .. and there was no microwave in room. We made the best of it..But the staff was nice.

Pros:

The hotel was decent, and the location was great. The staff, however, were awful. There was a young lady ahead of me complaining about the cleanliness of her room when I checked in. It sounded as if she had already raised the issue multiple times and it hadn’t been addressed. After I checked out, I didn’t receive a guest folio. I called the front desk multiple times, even spoke to management. The first time, the young lady at the desk admitted she didn’t send. Each call after that, the staff, including management, was rude and dismissive. I had to call corporate to get a guest folio.
