Pros:

At check in, I asked about breakfast and he said it was served from 6-11. He never mentioned that breakfast was not included with our stay.

We were charged for parking after being told it was included with the room.

This is my go to hotel when I’m in town.
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay here! The room had both a tub and a shower, which was a huge plus for me. The location was perfect—close to Flying Fish and several other restaurants, all within walking distance. It made my solo trip back home comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and exactly what I needed. I will definitely be making this my go-to hotel whenever I’m in town. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Mattress was too soft for me. Back was hurting. The breakfast was good. My wife and I got wings and burger and it wasn’t good at all.

Cons:

Burger patty was not good. Heard every time a door opened or closed in the hallway.

I booked online and I was told my card would only be charged for pending charges for damage. I got home and was charged $40 for parking. Last time we stayed parking was included. Instead of getting a surprise charge and email when I get home

We enjoyed our stay! The staff were polite, our room was clean, and the location in Downtown Little Rock was perfect!

Cons:

They don’t serve breakfast, so we found a cute little restaurant a few blocks away and ate breakfast.
