Kurz: Wir waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, mit dem Service und mit der Lage des Hotels.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hatte mein WLAN-Kabel im Zimmer vergessen. Zum Frühstück kann ich leider keine Angaben machen, da wir um 7.15 Uhr abgereist sind.

Cons:

Wir sind mit einem Transporter angereist und außer Außenparkplätze hätten wir eh keine Möglichkeit gehabt woanders zu parken, Tiefgarage und Parkhaus Höhe 2.0 und 2.1 m Höhe – unser Transporter hat 2.2 m. Ja gut, da kann Townhouse Berlin nichts dafür. Aber wenn die Möglichkeit bestehen würde, einen Außen-Parkplatz von Townhouse reservieren zu können, das wäre super :)

Schöne Zimmer, Frühstück Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Angenehmes großes, helles, ruhiges Zimmer
.
Bad groß, super Dusche, Küchenzeile perfekt.
Bei offenem Fenster geschlafen. Es wird allerdings am Nachmittag sehr war, wenn die Sonne reinscheint,gibt aber einen riesigen Ventilator, bzw. mobile Klimaanlage.
Kleine Probleme wurden beseitigt.

Cons:

Ich würde bei weiteren Aufenthalten kein Frühstück buchen.
Zu dem Preis stimmte die Qualität mancher Speisen nicht ( Brot trocken, Aufbackbrötchen ).Eierspeisen frisch, kein Obst oder Gurke Tomate, Paprika, kein Büffett.
Speisekarte im Internet stimmt nicht.
Kaffee großartig.

Pros:

sehr gute Lage, Tiefgarage nicht zu eng, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, Zimmer ist relativ groß, ausreichend großer Külschrank

Cons:

kein Aufzug aus der Tiefgarage, Bewegungsmelder in den stockdunklen Fluren reagieren viel zu spät, gammeliger Teppichboden in den Fluren, wenig Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage fürs Hotel

Perfekte Entspannung nach einem aufregenden Tag in Berlin.
Pros:

Das Zimmer sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Gute Materialien gute Komposition von Möbeln und Licht. Super Bett mit langen Bettdecken! Sehr ruhig nach hinten zum Garten. Wirklich toll!

Cons:

Es gab nichts was nicht gepasst hat.
