The museum beside the hotel is fantastic.

Cons:

Our room was right over the bar which didn't close until 2am and was very loud, plus we overlooked the plaza which had traffic all night. I don't think the hotel was full so I question why they gave us this particular room.

Entretenido y agradable, pero mal mantenido.
Pros:

El personal muy amable. Tiene todos los servicios para no salir del recinto y buen restaurante. El desayuno muy campestre y variado. A quien gusta de casinos y shows... calza perfecto. Un punto aparte y excepcional es el museo de Colchagua inmerso en las instalaciones del hotel. Es una colección muy completa y variada que habla de historia, de hitos y de hazañas que emociona y conmueve. Hay que darse el tiempo de recorrer y disfrutarlo.

Cons:

Algunas instalaciones muestran el deterioro por el paso de los años, las alfombras son un asco y los muebles de diseño antiguo requieren ajustes... puertas abiertas sin cierre o cerrojo y otros desperfectos de fácil de reparación. Hay descuido en la mantención. Lo de las alfombras imperdonable.

Está muy deteriorado, por ej, las alfombras de las suite enteras manchadas, es una lastima porque con pocos cambios volvería a ser el hotel de lujo que era.

muy acotada la carta del restaurant, falta variedad en los platos. El horario de uso de la piscina temperada para los niños, es muy corto y retringuido.

Hotel muito tradicional na região, ambientes muito amplos, quartos confortáveis, camas e travesseiros macios, banheiro bom, café da manha com variedade e muita opção para intolerantes a glúten, lactose e leite, havia pão sem glúten (sob pedido), tem restaurante e bar dentro do complexo, loja de vinhos da vinícola Santa Cruz, loja de artigos e presentes, ótima assistência a passeios e reservas de tours na região.

Cons:

Nada. Apenas faltou tempo para poder aproveitar todas as comodidades do complexo, não deu para ir ver - museu, spa, piscinas, casino, discoteca, salão de artes regional.
