Pros:

Same class of hotel as Marriott & Westin down the street but for 1/2 the price!

Cons:

Difficult tradeoff! Great location, great parking, good price, crummy sleeping.
Pros:

Great location- right by the water and very near the airport, yet the jet noise is minimal. Tons of free parking. Old-fashioned rooms, which means they are dark! There are not a million little switches and appliances that each have their own bright lights.

Cons:

The pillows are something like 8” thick, more like bolsters, and you wake up with a terrible neck/back ache. And the blankets are not that comfortable either; you can’t tell if you’re hot or cold.

Great view, but poor sleep before traveling
Pros:

The hotel has a great location right by the water with a cool view of landing planes due to the nearby airport. Everything was clean, even though the hotel feels a bit dated. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bed was a major disappointment. The mattress was so worn out and way too soft, and the pillows were too thick. Additionally, there was only a thin blanket, and the bedspread should be replaced. We are not even picky but a comfortable sleep was impossible.

I am a repeat customer when traveling, but I would like to see some little kinks improved.
Pros:

I like the location and always book a room overlooking the Bay. The parking lot has a good size, so there is no trouble parking.

Cons:

Instead of using the airport transportation bus, I decided to rent the car already on arrival from Europe, saving me the long wait (up to 45 minutes) in the cold at the airport.
I am marveling how anybody would be able to sleep on those gigantic pillows. They may look nice, but for sleeping, they are useless.
It bugs me every time at night, when I have to go to the bathroom, that the light on the coffeemaker comes on. It adds more trouble to fall asleep again.

Super praktisch bei einer Zwischenlandung. Empfehlenswert
Pros:

Wir haben hier eine Nacht während einer Zwischenlandung verbracht und es nicht bereut. Der kostenlose Flughafen-Shuttle war sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön eingerichtet, das Bett bequem und das Frühstück fantastisch. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Am nächsten Tag sind wir noch in die Innenstadt von Burlingame gelaufen – eine empfehlenswerte kleine Vorstadt mit schönen Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Ausblick auf die Bucht und die Landebahn des Flughafens.

Cons:

Wer sehr Geräuschempfindlich ist und nur bei offenen Fenster schlafen kann , sollte die Nähe zum Flughafen bedenken. Ansonsten , bedenkenlos buchen.

Pleasant airport hotel and a good value
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel the night before our flight out of SFO and we recommend it highly. Our room was spacious and clean. The free breakfast was pretty good and definitely a notch above the typical motel breakfast in the US. The airport shuttle was convenient and on time. We would stay here again for the convenience to the airport and the overall quality of the hotel. Definitely a good value.
