Fabulous all-inclusive hotel for all ages.
Pros:

The staff was just amazing. Everyone was naturally super friendly and helpful. We were a large group of people from 11 different nationalities and they organised large dining tables, the cook went and made a special sauce for me etc. Although the hotel was full, the 5 pools and many bars easily accommodated all needs and it did not feel too busy. Excellent location opposite to the lovely beach.

Cons:

The only "critisism" would be that the food was a bit the same esch day. Although there was plenty to choose from.

Great value for money , clean great location
Pros:

Good variation of food offering for all tastes and ages .
Well displayed , kept clean and enforced dress code ( not too much to ask for a guy to put a shirt on :)

Cons:

Cocktails aren't nice. use cordial tasting juices . We went to shop and bought our own mixers ( orange juice especially) as we were all inclusive ( or drank beer ) 1st world problem hey ?!?

Nous avons apprécié l'établissement l'accueil s'est fait tout simplement le personnel était très agréable.

Cons:

Par contre nous avons été extrêmement déçus par la qualité de la nourriture proposée et le peu de variétés. Le seul endroit qui proposait quelque chose de correct était le restaurant dolce vita thématique italienne. Nous avons dû commander des plats sur ubereat pour compenser le niveau médiocre de la nourriture proposée en dehors du restaurant italien de l'hôtel qui n'était ouvert que le soir et sur réservation.

Very good we will return.
Pros:

Location of hotel was excellent. It was extremely clean. People were cleaning the hotel all day. Reservation desk young boy called Nik was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Food is all the restaurants was good but often cold which was a great shame. Annoyed today as I saw hake on menu. When I returned there wasn’t any fish left. However when leaving the restaurant I saw her cooked fish and no one had eaten it. Annoying. Think the language may have been a problem.

Personnel agréable et serviable.
Les buffets sont variés et de bonne facture. Les nombreux bars ne sont jamais pris d'assaut aux heures d'apéritif.
Les piscines sont au top et il y a beaucoup de transats, ce qui est appréciable.
Mention spéciale au restaurant italien où le buffet des entrées et des desserts, ainsi que ses plats chauds servis à table, sont dignes d'un grand restaurant. Bravo !
