Le personnel comparé à un autre hôtel sur la même promenade maritime où on va était décevante. Jonathan, un serveur, a servi de l’alcool à ma fille de 13 ans. A parlé super agressivement aux clients. J ai d’ailleurs porté plainte près de l’hôtel

El hotel es una auténtica pasada, tanto las instalaciones como la localización.

Cons:

El gimnasio podría mejorar bastante, falta mantenimiento de las máquinas. El horario de comidas y cenas muy orientado para los extranjeros.

Fabulosa. Con ganas de repetir .
Pros:

Es el cuarto verano que voy a este hotel , me encanta todo , ubicación, instalaciones, comida , limpieza y si te todo el personal, son super amables y siempre intentan favorecer al huésped. Sin duda volveremos .

Good hotel
Pros:

We travelled to this hotel and area for the first time in June 2026. My wife is a wheelchair user and we requested ahead of time for and adapted room and were allocated room 3021 on tge ground floor in block 3 overlooking the side road. The room suited us as it was near everything
The hotel itself is well catered for disabled with chair lifts to help you get into the pool(first time my wife used it and it was brill).
The food and drink were good on par with other riu hotels.
The staff make the hotel they are all welcoming and if you need anything adk and they will find.
Its in the quiter area but a 10-15 walk to all the shops and bars.
We will come back soon, keep up the good work.

Pros:

Maravilloso el no tener que pasar por recepción para ir a restaurantes etc…
Los restaurantes muy bien y muchos sin espera y sitios suficientes
La comida muy rica y mucha variedad

Cons:

Por decir algo, las botellas de agua que son demasiado grandes y que no hay helados durante el todo incluido fuera de los restaurantes , como polos de hielo, cucuruchos o tarrinas pequeñas

Wow !!! what can I say. The staff at this hotel are amazing and bend over backwards to assist and ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. We had a few issues and they were resolved within 10 minutes. .One was no towels and the other was a door closure. Food and hotel is amazing and well worth the money. It's our 2nd visit and the only negative was our room location. It over looked the side road . Apart from that we had a great time and will be booking here again for sure.

Cons:

Principalmente reservamos un apartamento en vez de un hotel para poder cocinarnos algo y ahorrarnos algo de dinero, pero la vitro apenas tenia potencia, no pudimos cocer ni unos tristes macarrones, el agua de la ducha y del lavabo no tiene NADA de fuerza, salia un hilo de agua para ducharte y poder quitarte la arena de la playa...
