Pros:

Toda la gente es demasiado amable, desde la entrada hasta la salida. Principalmente Mario en el frontdesk fue muy amable y el show de Lion King estuvo espectacular. Todo en realidad es muy bueno. La comida es abundante, fresca y diversa en todos los restaurantes.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es que la persona del aseo de las habitaciones entra sin tocar. El primer día casi 30min después del check in, estábamos en la cama descansando y nos abrieron lapuerta gritando café, té, agua y al otro día a las 12 en punto nos abrieron la puerta para echarnos y nos estábamos vistiendo.

Pros:

El hotel esta desmejorado, sus instalaciones comparadas con otros Riu son de menor calidad, hay poco personal para un hotel tan grande.
Hay pocos ascensores para la cantidad de huéspedes.
EL servicio de toallas de piscina es deficiente ya que no permiten cambio durante el dia.
No tiene un sector preferencial en la playa como en otros Riu (ej. Miami)
En general bueno pero necesita una restauración

Uitstekend.
Pros:

De all in formule is uitstekend.
Voldoende eten en drinken.
Alles word direct aangevuld in de restaurants.
Eten is ook lekker warm, en dit voor buffetform.
Er is zeker voldoende afwisseling, zelf voor ons verblijf van 10 dagen.
Volgens dat het een heel groot hotel is, toch komt het heel rustig over.

Cons:

Bij aankomst werkte onze tv niet op de kamer.
Hebben het 3 keer moeten melden aan de receptie.
Is maar hersteld na 3 dagen.

Massaal all-inclusive hotel op een prima locatie.
Pros:

De locatie is goed. Aan het strand en niet in de drukte van Torremolinos. Het ontbijt was ruim voldoende. Voor een paar dagen strand prima.

Cons:

Het is een heel massaal gebeuren. Veel gasten die de hele dag aan de zwembaden rondhangen en gebruik maken van de all-inclusive formule. De buffetten zijn oké, maar dan ook zeker niet meer dan dat.
