Mucho ruido y alboroto a deshoras de algunas personas por llamarlas personas que se alojaban ahí, deshoras es las 3de la mañana, el aire acondicionado de la habitación regular en las instalaciones fenomenal.

Get the air conditioning sorted
Pros:

Stayed here last February and the room was modern, bed comfortable and air conditioning working with lovely balcony.....unfortunately in June, this all changed. What a shame.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was tired, the air conditioning did not work, the beds were not great and the cocktails in the upstairs bar were awful. I asked at reception if the air conditioning could be sorted, but it wasn't. I asked if we could check out at 1pm instead of 12noon, the answer was no.
Very disappointed.
