Bien pero algo mejorable en algunos detalles
Pros:

El buffet , la localización con la playa

Cons:

La piscina se queda pequeña, y tenía poca profundidad. Las hamacas de la piscina muy destrozadas y el césped de la piscina.

Loved resort but not hotel only good thing about hotel is location

Location was excellent.

Cons:

I have never stayed in a hotel in all my years of travelling where staff have no interaction with the guests. There was no good morning from dining staff to reception staff to cleaning staff in the main reception they all looked so unhappy to be at their work and would rather be anywhere else but work. On the the morning we checked out we were not asked if we had a nice holiday and if we enjoyed our stay, key was just taken off us. The artificial grass a the pool bar needs to be replaced as the smell is disgusting from beer and everything else that has been spilled on it. The tables were littered with plastic cups and spilled drinks , the staff lifted the plastic cups and just left the table with spillages which I needed up cleaning myself. Wi Fi is non existent in hotel, you could randomly get it at the Beach. We had dressing gown and slippers in our room and 1 pair of the slippers had been worn before as they were all marked.This absolutely not a 4 star hotel. The only good thing is the hotel is right on the Beach. Management seriously needs to look at how staff interact with guest.

No volvería a repetir.
Pros:

Cercanía de la playa, habitaciones vistas al mar.

Cons:

Comida repetitiva en el buffet, piscina muy pequeña y no cubre nada, las hamacas no se podían reservar y sin embargo siempre estaban reservadas mientras la gente estaba en el buffet por lo que tiene que haber más control en ese aspecto..

Dejligt at hotellet er beliggende på stranden når poolen er så lille som den er. Fint og rent værelse med udsigt udover

Cons:

At poolen var alt for lille til alle de mennesker der var ved den.
At spisesalen ikke var så hyggelig og der var en dårlig akustik i salen.

Nos encantó la cercanía de la playa al hotel, la comida en su mayoría deliciosa y el personal muy amable, todo limpio

Cons:

Para ser un cuatro estrellas creo que le falta renovar un poco las habitaciones y su baño, variar mas el menú, los postres eran muy repetitivos y el desayuno. Las actividades de animación acuatica abarcan demasiado tiempo y cuesta obtener sombra en la piscina además de ser bastante pequeña para lo grande que es el hotel, y existe cero atención telefónica

The fact it had access straight into the beach

Cons:

As a non drinker the all inclusive non alcoholic section was limited to 3 juice cocktails not non mojitos ect like majority of hotels and coke fanta from draft sugared out

The entertainment is poor on an evening and in a stupid place where pillars are in the way so you only see parts of it unless you have a front table

All the space outside and in their chill out lounge would be best to have the shows there in summer months
