Pros:

Location was superb, room was well kept and air con was perfect

Parasols are non movable so make finding shade difficult at times

Sitio fabuloso para descansar y desconectar.
Pros:

Es el tercer año que vamos, y salimos encantadas. El hotel está en primerísima linea de playa, tiene una piscina pequeña pero suficiente para un chapuzón. La comida del buffet es muy abundante y variada. El personal súper amable.
Recomiendo terminar el día tomando algo en la terraza del chillout que tienen.
Se nota que le han ido haciendo renovaciones y mejoras al hotel, que está mucho mejor que la primera vez que vinimos.
Habitaciones amplias y cómodas.

Cons:

Los 3 años que hemos venido hemos tenido el mismo problema: la mini nevera de las habitaciones hace un ruido tremendo. Tanto es así que al final nos toca desenchufarla para poder descansar sin ese ruido de fondo.

Dissappointed because of rude reception staff
Pros:

Location of the hotel was perfect, hotel is also a beachfront property, has a pool too. Has plenty of sunbeds around pool. Housekeeping was excellent, so was an entertainment team- 2 ladies that did pool workouts with guests daily. And with a smile!

Cons:

Very rude reception desk staff, who dont welcome you, dont introduce self, dont explain anything! Very grim and angry, they look like they hate their job!
The day prior to us leaving , we asked reception to book us taxi for 05:40 am pick up from hotel. The reception lady with long dark hair pretty much rimmed us out for that request , raised her vouce and rudely suggest we catch a cab outside at 5 am , walking to the taxi stop with luggage!!! 😡😡😡
How is she employed there ??!! The concept of Hospitality is unfamiliar to her!! We also heard random complaints from other guests about reception staff, its time for management to intervene!! And FYI- there is no cabs that early in am at that stop- we saw an empty lot when driven by!

Great location. Stopped three times in this hotel and it’s always very clean.
Pros:

It was very clean, friendly staff and good size rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast choices could be better. An extra toast machine as it’s very busy. On the whole the food was good.

The location, staff, the swimming pool. The room size. 3 lifts.

Cons:

The bathroom bit tired, tiles on the floor worn, cracked bathroom unit top. Not that clean. No coffee in the room.
