Good value, decent location, and it has a bathtub!
Pros:

It’s a simple straightforward property. The location is not in the middle of everything hot, but it’s a few blocks away from From pretty much whatever you might want in Soho. The room is decent and it has a bathtub, which is hard to find these days.

Cons:

It’s not on an amazing block, but you’re talking about the middle of New York City here so you can’t be too picky. And of course, you don’t have to walk more than two blocks to get to some amazing places.

1階フロント横に朝はパンとコーヒー、午後はクッキーとレモン水が無料で美味しかったです。

Cons:

4泊のうち、2日間がボイラー故障でお湯が出なかったこと。
2枚もらったカードキーが度々使えなくなるので、フロントに3回直してもらいに行った。
窓が薄くて、初日の木曜日の夜間は特に外の工事や車の音がうるさくて、まるで外で寝ているようだった。

La habitacion muy comoda y limpia, el personal de limpieza un 10!!!

Cons:

Dirty, but not in a normal way, dirty in a way I have never seen before! Body hair everywhere. It was disgusting! Dust everywhere.

I asked on the first day to clean better but nothing changed! And we needed to stay there 1 whole week!

Horrible experience.
