Extremely run down
Pros:

Food was okay, morning staff and reception staff were pleasant

Cons:

The building was on the verge of falling apart. Fire exit door with massive gap at the bottom allowed in a draft, window in the room was also broken. Room radiator didn't warm up, but staff provided a space heater. Rips in carpet, rusty hinges, whole place was extremely run down and could do with a complete overhaul. Mountain view room didn't have a mountain view.

Aangenaam maar aan vernieuwing toe
Pros:

Het zwembad was aangenaam. De schotels in het restaurant waren lekker en vers, maar niet origineel en prijzig. De kamer was goed uitgerust, maar had enkele herstellingen nodig.

Cons:

De bedden waren veel te zacht. De kleedkamer van het zwembad was vervallen. Meerdere plaatsen in het hotel kunnen een renovatie gebruiken.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

the staff were fabulous. The cleanliness for the hotel was top notch. We had both dinner and breakfast, the food was good. Dinner menu plenty of choice and good size portions. Breakfast was very good great coice of hot and cold food.

Cons:

the Hotel is needing an overall, Main staircase the carpet was tapped. The whole outside of the hotel was tired looking

Buena ubicación y muy agradable.
Pros:

Se accede fácilmente desde la carretera y cuenta con un gran parking. La habitación era grande y estaba limpia, aunque un poco desfasada, pero no quita que fuera cómoda y agradable.

Pros:

Booking.com should remove this hotel from your listing. It has been allowed to run into disrepair. I would have left if I had other options.

Lovely stay, a little further out of town but worth it for the pool!
Pros:

Comfortable beds and everything was very clean and well-stocked with towels and shower products. Heated pool was nice and quiet during breakfast time, and we loved the hot tub. Handy retail park with Aldi and an M&S cafe nearby

Cons:

Room was a little small for two people's bags and a suitcase and shower pressure wasn't great. Quite far out of the centre compared to other accommodation but the price does reflect that and taxi services in the town are fast and reliable
