Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, great location.
Pros:

We booked room with Mountain View’s and Ben Nevis hotel delivered. The food was excellent, we ate in the bar every night, highly recommend the steak pie. Staff were friendly and helpful. Leisure facilities

La posizione della struttura ed il Leisure Club

Cons:

Cameră così così, struttura da ristrutturare pesantemente (nonostante i i simpatici cartelli che davano la colpa al clima scozzese). Rumore (pareti sottili) clientela maleducata (anche se quella non dipende dall'hotel)

Pros:

The bar and restaurant staff were very pleasant. The room was of a good size.

Cons:

Staff at the reception were not very friendly and generally unhelpful. They could learn from their colleagues elsewhere in the hotel. The location was not great, quite a long way out of town and public transport didn't run very often. Also quite difficult to get a taxi in Fort William.

Shabby and in need of a complete refurbishment with better security for guests

Food in bar was good

Cons:

Very shabby building. Hotel signage none existent, building needs tidying up/painting. We stayed in the annex which had staff outside the door smoking, building not secure as needed no keys/fobs to enter and fire door was open throughout. Spa changing rooms had very little that worked-lockers didn’t work, hand dryer out if action, 1 shower sort of worked. Door into steam room didn’t close. Also a fire door was open opposite the ladies toilet to an outside alley. All very shabby and not at all welcoming.

Pros:

absolument rien a part le parking gratuit

Cons:

Etat de l'hotel catastrophique (des fuites d'eau et de la peinture décollée dans tous les couloirs), une piscine vieille et sale, mais le pire était des punaises de lit dans les 2 chambres que nous occupions.
un tres mauvais séjour pour plus de 220£ la chambre ! une honte !
hotel a éviter absolument

The floor boards are squeaky. People upstairs were walking and the squeaky floor board made lot of noise. Had hard time falling asleep.

God awful. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere
Cons:

This is an extremely shabby hotel. One of our rooms was so damp it was uncomfortable to even stand in, never mind sleep in. Pictures were falling off walls, paint was peeling everywhere and if you walked to the end of the corridor, they ran out of carpet so you were looking at the mouldy floor underneath. A very grim experience and when we complained they couldn't have been less helpful.

The dinner served by the hotel was not good and overpriced. For example we were served cold custard. On reminding staff it was heated in the microwave. The breakfast is basic. Tiny twin room.

Pros:

The location is exceptional. So much potential but needs an investment to get it upgraded.

Cons:

The corridor was smelly and stuffy. The bathroom was clean but the silicon was covering the mould. The sink wasn't attached properly and was moving. The phone was on the floor behind the night cabinet. The shower curtain was smelly because it wasn't dried properly. There is no ventilation and after the shower the humidity lasted a few hours even with an open window.

In the morning heavy machinery was running and It was waking us up, absolutely terrible sound.
The hotel itself needs an upgrade, the pool and other facilities are very poor, outdated and needing a repair.

Foam In the jacuzzi even after cleaning, pool water was cloudy, I hope I am not going to get any rash.
