It was absolutely pathetic, I never post negative comments, but this stay made me.

Cons:

Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude.
Rooms were burning hot and they did not even have fans.
Even Upon telling them there is a baby with us they were extremely rude and told us to get some other hotel as they cannot do anything.
We asked for an extra sheet and pillow for our other children and they flatly refused.
In my whole life I have traveled a lot and haven’t seen such a behaviour.

Stayed 1 night, room had 4 single beds squeezed into it, small tv with limited channels, plumbing was very noisy when up

Very hot room. Broken toweldryer stuck on max heat in the mid summer heat.

Pros:

Good location , bar area ok and food good. Staff always helpful

Cons:

Rooms and area very dated, in need of renovation. My room had damp and a toilet that didn’t flush, reported a couple of times and had a make do repair but it stopped working again on last day.

They didn’t advise additional charge for breakfast until we sat and ate it.

The guy serving breakfast was constantly coming over to our table and asking us to sign, who the guests were and what rooms

Mysig hemtrevlig stämning, trevlig personal, bra frukost och fina rum.

Cons:

Om man är jättekänslig för att det är lite slitet kanske det här hotellet inte är himmelriket, men jag och min dotter hade inga problem med det.

Bad review almost entirely down to the suffocating room, mouldy bathroom, and grubby building

Staff were friendly. Food was good enough - decent portions, not too expensive. Pool itself was ok.

Cons:

The bedroom was disastrous. Soooo hot we literally were soaking towels to sleep under. No aircon or fans. 12 degrees outside but window restricted from opening so no air , no cool to let in. Bathroom - shower had bits of mould. Gym/pool lockers literally rusted to the point they were staining the floor. Grubby building, grubby changing rooms.
