Pros:

It was the only place available staff were nice.

Cons:

It was old and tired, everything either needed replaced or fixed in the rooms. They shower gels from the previous occupation were still in the bath. It was massively expensive for the quality of the room.

Bærer præg af vejr der bider og manglende vedligehold. Der er rent og gode senge. Kunne godt bo der igen.

God parkering. Pool pæn og ren.

At de beskeder vi gav i receptionen ikke blev givet videre- loftslys manglede, men blev håndteret fint med standerlampe.

What did I like? Honestly nothing. What a kip. I cannot understand how that building is legally open. I feel so sorry for the staff, they know it's a dump and are afraid to make eye contact when charging you for anything.

Cons:

Insanely overpriced for what you get. The rooms are moldy with peeling wallpaper, no hot water in my room for a shower. The restaurant wasn't even busy and the staff were all over the place giving wrong orders, forgetting orders, adding extra food charges to peoples bills that they didn't order. There's not a lot I complain about in general but I just feel like I need to warn people about this hotel so it doesn't ruin their holiday. I had to just laugh it all off at the time so it didn't ruin mine but be warned.

Overall, the experience was ok. Good breakfast and amenities but needs a touch up
Pros:

There were some good aspects to the hotel. The best was the swimming pool. Although the changing rooms were tired looking and the shower pressure low, the swimming pool itself and jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were of a good standard.

I was expecting waiter service for breakfast rather than a help yourself process (this is because every other hotel we went to had this service) but actually the quality of the cooked breakfast and everything else was again of good quality.

The room we had was good but the TV on certain channels were not always working.

As for the staff, everyone i had contact with was excellent and very helpful.

Cons:

Overall, the hotel needs an update. Walking around the hotel their was paint peeling off the walls and a lot of damp spots where it looked like water leaks had come through.

Considering the cost of the rooms and it being the most expensive hotel we visited during our trip (we went to three other hotels), this was by far the worst hotel and the most expensive.

Great for hiking Ben Nevis (walking distance) and overall good location.
Pros:

Sauna. Friendly staff, particularly Syeed, really felt welcomed by him and at home speaking with him.

Cons:

The entrance to the pool area has severe water damage and the rooms got really hot at night time (they don’t have ac).

Pros:

Swimming pool really good. The room.had plenty of shampoo and conditioner and tea and coffee. Room size really good with a settee.

When we checked in the receptionist said it was £220 for the night but on the booking site it had said £200 which is expensive enough. When l said it was £200 she apologised saying she didn't have her glasses. We asked about breakfast and she said it was £29 for the two of us so we were happy to pay. We had our breakfast the next day which was lovely and we went to pay at reception and she quoted £58.00 when l queried it she said we had stayedc2 nights. I told her we had only bookedc1 night and she just blamed the computer and didn't apologise. Being over charged once is bad enough but twice is unforgivable

Übernachtung im Ben Nevis Hotel & Leisure Club
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war durchaus in Ordnung. Es lag auf der straßenabgewandten Seite mit Blick in die Landschaft und war daher sehr ruhig. Wir haben das Ben Nevis Hotel als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit auf unserer Motorradtour genutzt und dafür war es völlig ausreichend. Für diesen Zweck können wir es daher empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist erkennbar in die Jahre gekommen und müsste insgesamt renoviert werden. Vor allem das Bad in unserem Zimmer entspricht nicht mehr aktuellen Anforderungen. Auch ist es sehr hellhörig. Für das Gebotene war der Preis für eine Übernachtung aus unserer Sicht zu hoch.

Pros:

The bar meal’s exceeded expectations, large portions and cooked to perfection.

Cons:

The first room we were given half the lights didn’t work and the radiator leaked water so you couldn’t turn on any heat without flooding the room. We went to reception and complained to be told there was no other room, we continued with our conversation and asked for the manager it was then the receptionist found us another room which was better.

Ottima colazione ricca e prodotti di qualità. Piscina della zona benessere molto gradita dopo la fatica del viaggio e delle attività sportive.

Cons:

Ho pagato carissima una singola che sembrava arredata come la cella di una suora di clausura. Senza ascensore- solo un piano - però bisognerebbe saperlo perché io avevo un bagaglio molto pesante e viaggiavo sola. Nessuno del personale offre aiuto. Moquette macchiate. hotel molto vecchio che ha bisogno di un restyling totale
