Spacious, convenient and amazing staff
Lovely pool and gym, laundry room
These apartments were great! Everything we needed for a short stay in Cologne. Plenty of room to relax. Couches, comfortable bed, kitchen for self catering. Close by to the train station. As others have commented it is part of an aged care home. But don't let this put you off. The residents are lovely and I think quite enjoy having visitors come to their establishment. We'd stay again for sure.
I would have happily given a 10 rating for these apartments. The only thing that was missing was air conditioning. We unfortunately were visiting Cologne during a heatwave and the building and room was quite warm. We asked for a fan which was no problem and very welcomed. It got us through.

Nettes Hotel fünf Gehminuten vom Dom. Gute Lage, netter Innenhof und extrem nettes Personal.
Beim Betreten des Zimmers hat es nach Urin gerochen und es gab keine Kaffeemaschine und jeweils nur zwei Teller, Tassen und Gläser. Etwas Salz, Pfeffer, Öl etc. wäre wünschenswert gewesen.
The location was perfect. Only 5 mins to the train station and Cathedral.
Check in was easy, staff were helpful and polite.

The pillows weren’t the best. A bit hard.
Permanente ontvangstbalie met behulpzaam personeel. Het was een zeer ruime kamer. Er waren gratis faciliteiten zoals sauna, fitnessruimte. De locatie is echt perfect, dicht bij de Dom en dicht bij het treinstation.
De aanwezige glazen, messen e.d. waren minimaal. Geheel afgestemd op 2 personen.

Great location, close to the central train station and local attractions. An easy walk to all that we wanted to see and do. A proper functioning apartment in an interesting place to stay, in that it was in a building that also serves as a high-quality residence for older people.
Schwimmbad und Fitness waren super. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.
Der Straßen Lärm war in der Nacht sehr störend. Vor allem wenn in den frühen Morgenstunden die Anlieferung erfolgt.

It is very close to the station, Dom and old town. Very spacious and super clean. Friendly reception staff and access to swimming pool. We didn’t use it but access to restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
Furniture is basic and kitchen equipment minimal - literally 2 of each and one pan one pot. But it was fine for our needs. Would be great to have a sofa bed in the lounge and more comfortable seating.
