Great location, superb breakfast, cleanliness not so good
Pros:

I really liked the location of the hotel. Close to metro station-within 10 min walking distance. But also walking distance to some great landmarks (c. 30 min to Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló or Fuentes Mágicas). The staff was really nice and the breakfast was superb. There was also mini fridge and electric kettle in our room.

Cons:

I booked triple room with 3 single beds, yet we got a room with a double bed and one extra bed (přistýlka). I specifically chose three single bed room and was disappointed in this. I am also not sure about the quality of the cleanliness of the hotel, when we arrived the towels looked dirty. They changed them daily, even though we did not ask for that and hang the towels to make it clear they dont need to be changed. On the second day, we found someone else’s socks in the room- the cleaning staff had probably dug them out from under the large heavy curtains left by the previous guests.
However, what I really did not like- when we were checking in, the receptionist said our room number really outloud so that other guest could have heard that. It is a huge safety concern for me, maybe it comes from my solo-female travelling time, but I did not expect this to happen at a 4* hotel.

Krásny rooftop,aj ked bez baru,čistý hotel,priestranná izba,nadštandardne veľká a pohodlná, posteľ a dobré raňajky.

Cons:

Viac vešiakov a odkladacieho priestoru v kúpelni.

Pros:

localização ótima. A 20 minutos do aeroport e curta caminhada de restaurantes e pontos de interesse

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto nao era maravilhosa. Na 2ª noite, acordei para ir ao WC e tinha o chão do quarto cheio de agua. Foram prestáveis a limpar, mas nunca houve uma explicação ou uma tentativa de de amenizar o desconforto causado.

Õhtuse hotelli restoraniala puudumine ja jooksva remondi vajaduse tõttu, koondhinne - hea.
Pros:

Hommikusöök oli Hispaaniale iseloomulik, saiakesed olid maitsvad ja värsked. Kasutasime ilusa linnavaatega basseini, mille vesi oli vägagi karastav. Toateenindus oli väga heal tasemel. Retseptsioonis töötasid väga mõistvad ja abivalmid teenindajad ja kõik jooksvad murekesed leidsid kiire lahenduse.

Cons:

Hommikusöögi võileibade katteks pakuti vaid terveid väiksemaid tomateid. Ei midagi rohelist (värske kurk, salatilehed jne). Hommikusöögilauas istudes nägi välisukse kohal olevat silmariivavat värvimata riba ja väga tolmust mingi kastikese pealset! Mõningates numbritubades oleks vajalik läbi viia väiksemaid remonditöid mis seotud nii lülitite plokkidega, vannitoauste lengiservade lisavärvimisega, valamuservade ja töötasapindade ühenduste lisasilikoonimisega ning valamute haisulukkude ühenduste äravoolukallete reguleerimisega. Seda kõike tulevaste klientide ohutuse ja mugavuse huvides.
