Bon hôtel pour une escale
Pros:

Le personnel de réception est adorable. L’hôtel est bien situé le petit déjeuner est complet.

Cons:

Nous avions la chambre 407 et la climatisation faisait le bruit d’une machine à laver au moment de l’essorage, assez insupportable. Gros point négatif les 24 € par jour pour le parking, ce qui revient pour deux jours à 50 € ce qui est quand même exorbitant , le fait que l’hôtel ne possède pas de restaurant, ce qui est improbable pour un hôtel, quatre étoiles.

¡Una estancia magnífica y una atención al cliente de diez!

Me he alojado en el Hotel Sercotel y la experiencia no ha podido ser mejor. El hotel es sumamente acogedor, las instalaciones están impecables y la ubicación es fantástica para disfrutar de Barcelona.
Quiero destacar especialmente la profesionalidad y la cercanía de todo el personal. Tras un pequeño inconveniente inicial,, la respuesta por su parte fue impecable: demostraron una honestidad, rapidez y amabilidad extraordinarias para resolverlo.
Da verdadero gusto viajar y dar con un equipo tan dedicado a cuidar al huésped. ¡Una opción totalmente recomendable a la que volveré sin dudarlo!

Bad war nicht sauber Bett für kind nicht bezogen obwohl angekündigt, kein Kissen..
Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht einstellen. Entweder zu kalt oder ausschalten. Gebläsestufen defekt.
Parkplatz 25 euro extra....

Pros:

Tout s'est très bien passé.
Le petit hic pour moi reste le parking. L'accès est facile pdt les heures d'ouverture mais il faut faire appel au réceptionniste en dehors de celles-ci.

Overall good, but the maintenance of the pool area without notification was a disappointment
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean, the AC worked well, the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The pool area was under maintenance during half of our stay, and the hotel did not notify us about this before our stay. We only get to know that when we arrived at the hotel. It was annoying, because I wanted to stay in a hotel with swimming pool. I asked them for a late checkout as a compensation, but they only offer one hour, so I had to pay €24 extra for a few hours late checkout, while I could not use the swimming pool and the terrace half of my stay.
