Lage ist Super, alles war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen
Zimmer Sauber und gemütlich, dass Personal war sehr nett.
Die Sraßenbahn vor Tür war leider etwas laut, wenn man das Fenster nach vorne hatte.

The hotel is very well situated in the city near to the train station and surrounded by shops and cafés/restaurants as well as the tramway, very comfortable.
My room no. 304 was spacious and nice with a coffee machine and its belongings.
I like the modern style of the room, also the bathroom... except the chairs. In my opinion they belong to outdoor in a terrace and not in a room of 4 stars hotel, it's a pity.
At the reception desk, the employees Akram and Petra were very friendly and helpful as well as the young lady who might have been a new one to work there.
I appreciate their smily warm hearted service, bravo !!!
The hotel doesn't have a look of being 4 stars hotel, because the lobby/reception is just too small.
Once I returned to the hotel, there was an Asian man who was lying down and sleeping on the couch in the lobby... !!! It shouldn't have been allowed by the hotel, especially when a few people wanted to do check-out... so disturbing.
The toilet in my room smelled of urine when I came in and the floor against the wall was wet... I don't know what it was, maybe not well cleaned or something has leaked. But the next day was dry... it was "beurk"...

It was also two stories high, and the air conditioner was on the lower floor. Not much cold air reached the upper floor. Unfortunately, while the children were freezing downstairs, we were roasting upstairs. Also, it is very strange that the hotel's minibar wasn't working in the middle of summer.

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. C'est un concept qui a vieilli. Mieux vaut un excellent trois étoiles nouvelle génération qu'un vieux 4*.
En plein milieu du mois d'août, la climatisation de la chambre sous les toits ne fonctionnait pas. Un honte alors que nous l'avons signalé 3.foid et qu'on nous a affirmé que tout fonctionnait.
Après avoir fait de la route sous la canicule, on avait envie de se poser au frais et c'était une horreur absolue.
