Shower water was not close to warm. Not even lukewarm. Everything looked dirty including ceilings and fixture. most of the electrical outlets did not work. Smelled like cigarette smoke.
The room and bathroom were very clean. The lobby was clean and smelled nice. The customer service agent at check-in was really nice and very kind, I really wish I would have asked her name. The location is great and the price was fair.
The breakfast was the only reason I gave an 8. My husband and I don't travel very often but when we do we very much look forward to the complimentary breakfast and coffee. It appeared the biscuits and gravy looked like they had been left over for a couple of mornings. The biscuits looked great but they were hockey pucks and the gravy wasn't fully incorporated. The other breakfast items weren't very stocked.
Breakfast was awful and You need a better cook.
There was no hot water in our floor. The pool was disgusted with stuff growing in the hot tub and regular pool. The food was nasty and cold. We will never be back.

The a/c stopped working the last night. It was probably frozen up. The refrigerator freezer was full of ice so everything that was put in the refrigerator froze. The room was dusty but served our needs.
