Ok för läget men skulle inte återvända till hotellet.
Pros:

Läget, sängen och badrummet. Svårt att boka bord på restaurangerna som var fullbokade.

Svårt att hitta parkering. När man väl hittade den var det svårt att betala via appar och automat. Betalade via hotellet men fick ändå böter. Hotellet aviserade att de skulle ta hand om boten, då vi för väl se…

La atención del personal, no ofrecen soluciones ni ayudan a los clientes, excepto la única persona que nos ayudó con nuestro problema, que no recuerdo su nombre. El resto del personal no tiene empatía hacia los clientes ni se ofrecen a ayudar. No lo comprendo en un servicio al cliente como se puede ser tan distante y frío hacia el cliente sin ayudar en absoluto.

Exhorbitant pour très peu en retour

Cons:

L’hôtel propose un restaurant-buffet à un prix exorbitant dans une pièce qui ressemble à une salle de conférence. Les autres restaurants étaient complets et nous venions de payer le très cher parking, alors pas question de sortir! La nourriture était froide. Très peu de choix. Serveur habillé comme pour aller tondre sa pelouse. Affreux! Le pire, c’est qu’on a voulu nous relocaliser à cet endroit le lendemain matin car il n’y avait plus de place pour le petit-déjeuner (même avec un créneau-horaire) et ce, après avoir suggéré qu’on se joigne à une autre famille coincé à la même table de 4 et ils étaient 3 (ce que nous avons refusé). Donc un repas du soir froid et mauvais qui a coûté plus cher que la plupart des excellents repas 3 services reçus dans tous les hôtels que nous avons fait en deux semaines au Danemark. Les installations sont biens mais les jeux de société sont incomplets (backgammon), les raquettes de ping-pong sont décollées et les tables de Misisipi remplies de sable. Le chien de la chambre voisine, laissé seul, jappait sa vie sans cesse. Le mobilier de la chambre et les tissus sont vieux. Nous avions choisi l’hôtel car il était près du ferry mais nous déconseillons fortement cet hôtel. Nous croyons avoir payé le double de ce que ça vaut sinon plus. Nous sommes très déçus de cette mauvaise expérience et nous en parlons encore.

Lovely hotel with amazing views, novelty features and great choice of restaurants.
Pros:

Lovely location, amazing views from our bedroom, comfortable and large beds. Loved the ping pong and other games table in the lounge areas - such a great idea! Liked the great choice of restaurants and although the hotel is very large it still felt personal . Exceptional breakfast!

Fantastisk vistelse på alla sätt
Pros:

Läget var perfekt vid strandpromenaden och vi hade ett fint rum med utsikt över sundet. Frukosten var bra och hjälpsam och trevlig personal

Great spa, good food and expensive wine
Pros:

The spa is luxurious. The salt-rub sauna could do with a new hose pipe in the steam room (on both sides). The dry sauna is wonderful and looks out over the short gap between Denmark and Sweden. Loved the infinity pool. Great cocktails and good service.
The breakfast buffet was top notch
Watch out for the wine prices - in one (exclusive) bar-area it was 150 Danish crowns (20 euro or £17) for 10 cl. however there is a much larger bar area with more normal (for Scandinavia) prices.

Stunning!
Pros:

A fantastic seaside resort with a beautiful location and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable, the views were stunning, and everything was spotless. The staff were friendly and professional, making the whole stay effortless. A perfect place to unwind, and I'd happily come back.
