Nice location, excellent food
Pros:

The view is stunning, new interior is very nice

Cons:

That nothing is included in the not so low price. You even have to pay for using the pool, everything is additional. Not even a bottle of free water in the room…
The exterior of the place does not match the interior

mooie kamer met balkon,

Cons:

- in de publieke ruimte was het meestal zeer druk
- voor het zwembad moest je reserveren met een saunapakket, ook als je enkel wou zwemmen, en dan is 40 € per persoon overdreven

Pros:

Morgenmaden samt barens udvalg var rigtig godt. Personalet var meget venlige og imødekommende. Værelset var lyst og fint.

Cons:

Der var alt for mange mennesker samlet på et sted. Vi oplevede, at stå mere end 15 minutter i kø bare for at checke ind samtidig med, at gæster i badetøj og morgenkåber forsøgte at passere igennem køen inde på selve hotellet.

Om aftenen valgte vi, istedet for at forblive på hotellet som vi egentlig først havde tænkt os, at tage ned i Helsingør by, fordi der var så mange mennesker til stede bla. ved baren og i lobbyen, at man ikke kunne være nogen steder. Vi vendte tilbage ved en 2100 tiden, hvor der var mere plads, og oplevede der en god stemning og muligheden for at kunne sidde ned.

Kommer återvända hit framöver, trevligt boende med bra läge
Pros:

Läget är bra, gångavstånd till småbåtshamn och till gågatorna i Helsingör. Gångavstånd även till Kronborg slott.
Trevligt hotell med gott om ställen att sitta vid, trevligt med bordsspel, shuffleboard, biljard, pingisbord. Trevligt med musik, trevlig bar samt trevlig och hjälpsam personal över hela hotellet.
Mycket bra frukost med stort utbud!

Cons:

Inomhusklimatet var för varmt i hela hotellet, även på rummet var det varmt, skulle önska en sänkning med minst 3-4 grader.

Alt i alt, var det et super skønt ophold og vi nød det helt vildt, vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage

Skøn beliggenhed, servicen var i top, skøn morgenmadsbuffet

Cons:

Musikken ved baren og restauranten Gemma, var meget høj. DJ der spillede musik fredag aften, spillede for meget af en slags musik, det virkede som om, det kun var ham der havde en fest.
Menu kortet i Restaurant Gemma, var på italiensk og kun noget af menuen var oversat til dansk, syntes det virkede lidt mærkeligt at vi selv skulle google og oversætte resten.
