Überbewertet. Überteuert. Überheblich.
Pros:

Boutique-Hotels haben zwar ihren Charme und sind sicherlich ein wenig teurer als Ketten. Das sollte aber nicht unbedingt heißen, Charme mit Unbequemlichkeit zu verwechseln. Bemängeln müssen wir:
Toilettenpapier zu hart
Zimmer lässt sich kaum verdunkeln
Zu wenig Steckdosen
Keine Haken im Badezimmer
Duschköpfe wie aus dem vorigen Jahrhundert
Winziger Fernseher und der Abstand zum Bett viel zu weit
Wir wechseln das Zimmer. Das neue Zimmer ist besser, bietet aber auch kleine Überraschungen: Waschbecken im Zimmer (nicht im Bad) Bettablage bricht fast unter kleinen Gewichten ab. Duscht man steht das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser, weil die Trennwände undicht sind, auch hier zu wenige Steckdosen, Handtuchhalter gleich abgebrochen. Die Betten sind einigermaßen bequem, Bad/Toilette haben eine Tür.

Es ist auch nicht barrierefrei so wie es bei booking den Anschein macht, weder gibt es Bademantel noch Pflegeprodukte.

Cons:

Zumindest war das Hotel recht ruhig, die Lage ok und die meisten Bediensteten freundlich. Eine Mitarbeiterin fand ich überheblich und ihren Kolleginnen gegenüber extrem unangenehm.

Pros:

Nach dem Umbau nun ein sehr ansprechendes Entree. Die Lüftung der Küche ist im 4. Stock zum Teil gut hörbar.

Kurzer Fussweg zum USZ bei dortigem frühzeitigen Eintritt.
Pros:

Super nahe Lage (zu Fuss etwa 10 Minuten), wenn man im USZ früh für eine OP eintreten muss. Das Zimmer war im obersten Stock, so dass ich Aussicht auf den See und in die Ferne hatte.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, deckt aber die Grundbedürfnisse gut ab.

Decent place great location
Pros:

Nice location, kind staff. Bed was comfortable and I got a fridge in my room on request.

Cons:

It took some prodding to get what I needed from staff. The fridge in my room only arrived on the second request. The coffee and tea never got refilled for some reason. But I'd stay again.

Meine Buchungsenttäuschung bzgl. Parkplatz hat mich gestresst und mir den Aufenthalt vermiest

Der Altbaucharakter, das Mobiliar, die Farbgebung.

Cons:

Der auf der Internetseite erwähnte Parkplatz steht nicht automatisch zur Verfügung. Zusatzkosten von 30€ !!!

Great way to stay in Zurich on a very acceptable rate.
Pros:

Everything was great but the parking and the noise, yet both were dealt with / not the responsibility of the hotel

Cons:

I booked parking for both nights yet could not park at the given space. The staff was very understanding and I got a refund.
The night was super loud as there was a party next door until 5am. Unfortunately it was reslly hot so I had to keep my window open as there is no proper AC. This is not the fault of the hotel though.

Perfekt um Zürich zu Fuss zu erkunden
Pros:

In erster Linie die Lage, welche im belebten Univiertel unter vielen jungen Menschen liegt. In wirklich wenigen Minuten ist man in der sehr schönen Altstadt! Was wir nicht wussten ist, dass es Hanglage hat. Damit war das nach Hause gehen am Abend manchmal mühsam ;-) Wir finden aber, dass es genau das Hügelige ist, was den besonderen Charme von Zürich ausmacht.

Cons:

Wir hatten nichts zu reklamieren! Alle waren wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit :-)

Klasik bir otel çalışanlar çok ilgili yardımsever.
Konum itibariyle tüm gezi planlarımıza yürüyerek gidip gelebildik.
