Met our expectation to find a comfortable place to eat and sleep.
Pros:

Friendly hospitality of the hotel staff. Parking location was very good and close to the hotel. The pizza restaurant next to the hotel was excellent. They provide pick-up order,

Cons:

Disfuntion of ice machine and lack of microwave oven. Hot shower was not stong enough.

Pros:

The location was fantastic! The hotel is in the town center, right by the visitor center and close to all the restaurants. We had an ensuite. Some rooms have a shared bathroom. The room was updated and clean. It feels a bit like a hostel, but is very clean and comfortable, with a courteous staff.

Carpet on stairs very worn out
Outdated room in need of updating
No wardrobe to hang clothes
Bathroom very small
Noise very loud outside due to bar underneath and outside area
Could not close window as old air con unit had a hose outlet going through the window
Complained to reception (lady called pushpinder who reported to manager called Insuk) and agreed to refund cad$500. She advised we must go through Booking.com to apply for refund

Pros:

Great location. Room small but workable. The receptionist Ansh was a delight. He made all the difference. Big smile and very helpful. If you can't carry your suitecase upstairs, this hotel is not for you.

Cons:

My wife did not like the fact that it did not have a lift.

Nothing, staff could care less about our stay.

Cons:

Small grotty room with even smaller shower. Rude staff and tired decor over a noisey bar. Worst sleep ever we left a day early .
